The cleaning service is terrible... I have come many other times months ago and the cleaning was much better. The public bathrooms in the building apart have not been cleaned from yesterday to today, they have left it with traces of feces, the floor full of dirt... The rooms are not cleaned very well either... They usually leave cigarette butts among other things that It goes without saying... In many rooms there are broken things that are quite essential for everyday life... Like stoves or taps and showers... The owners are quite nice and good people but I think they should pass from time to time to see if the cleaning service does its job well... Otherwise everything is fine.

It's the first time I've come, because I'm moving and I need to be here for a few days. Because it is the cheapest thing I have found, I know that where there is a public toilet it is impossible for it to always be in good condition, but as a person who works, I have had to shower, there is no hot water. Thank goodness I've already booked to move to the private rooms, since I have a daughter, and I haven't been able to bring her until they give me the keys to the other building. I'm only going to stay a few days. But they could have hot water so we could shower properly. I also had to bring a bottle of bleach because when so many people shower and use the bathroom, no matter how much they clean, the bathrooms and the bathroom inside the room are already a little dirty. But hey, I guess it's normal since they are public bathrooms. The treatment of those who are at the bar is very correct. And very kind. Kind regards.

There's a second building with small rooms. Shared bathroom was ok. We were on the fourth floor and there's no elevator. No wifi and no tv signal, although that was announced. Prices are too high for what you get. Lucky enough, everybody had the discipline to be quiet at night.

The room was basic. The staff were fine. Our room was last minute and they were fine. However someone stole my phone from my room while we slept. No cctv. The cost of a five star hotel down the drain. So carry valuables and lock your door. Its not secure.

We stayed here for an 'emergency' stop off point on our way to Murcia from central France. It served a purpose and was good value for money £36 for room with private shower and toilet with 1 x double and 1x single bed. Parking in the underground car park was also very reasonable. Room was clean and welcoming however reception was hard work and customer service was lacking slightly. We ate in the restaurant which I wouldn't recommend. Plenty of nicer places to eat in this lovely city

Better to sleep on the street than here. It is disrespectful that a place like this can be open to the public while other businesses make sacrifices to improve and move forward.
It smells bad, there are only drunks, drug addicts and prostitutes, you can't sleep because of parties and fights in the hallways.
Terrible facilities.
I will not return nor do I recommend it.

It is impossible to sleep, in the street you can hear Moors and Africans shouting and the sound of cell phones throughout the morning. Shares the pension with a Bar-Restaurant that is open all night...terrible quality, and even though the place is central and in a good location, it does not correspond to the image of the neighborhood
