Hello sir. I would like to bring to your attention the following facts. I have just spent a night in your hotel GAUDI in REUS from April 25 to 26, 2019 room 103. I went to bed at 9:00 pm after closing the door and suddenly to my fright at 1:00 am, I heard noise in the bathroom and saw the light. Being still asleep, I had hard to realize that someone had entered my room and was in the bathroom in the toilet. After a few seconds, after hearing the flush and the sink tap, I turned on the light and shouted !!! just enough time to hear the switch go off and the front door close. So I could not see the individual. Allow me to tell you my amazement, people enter the rooms during the sleep of customers! It is unacceptable. Apparently nothing has disappeared but this person could very well have used and steal my belongings and belongings or something else if I had not woken up. How is it that someone can use a magnetic key so easily? Is it possible for employees to use the bathroom of customers? in which case I will find it scandalous. I did not close the night's eye, even after blocking the front door with a chair. I have been in the hotels three times a week for almost twenty and this has never happened to me. I mentioned it to the desk during my check-out this morning and I sincerely hope that by watching the surveillance cameras you will be able to provide me with details. …
In the heart of Reus centre, friendly crew, good and clean rooms, easy wifi connections maps for free available at the reception. In summary, all what we need. Bring your camera, open eyes and enjoy the walk in a very peaceful and safe city.
Arrived late at night. The hotel receptionist was the most grumpy man ever. Got into our room, it was like the 1930s in a bad way. No WiFi. One plug socket. A bed from the Second World War. Breakfast was also poor, a horrible ham baguette for 8€ Much nicer places to stay in Reus. Have a look around
It looks like a typical older spanish hotel. A little outdated, but clean. The room and bathroom were certainly big enough but not very homy. We had breakfast in the bar, very correct. And the bartender was a very friendly gentleman. Location off the hotel is very good. You can easily go by foot into the center to find some lovely restaurants and bars.
We were going to book a room here for a weekend away when we received the news 10 hours before our flight that our room was cancelled! This has also happened to other couples too, and we are furious. When we contacted them, they spoke very little English so it was difficult to make ourselves understood. Avoid this hotel at all costs.
