We stayed at this hotel for a week in September, booked on a Thursday and flew on the Saturday.

Kos was one of the areas we could go in the current situation with Covid where we did not need to isolate etc.

We arrived very late in the night so mo shops etc open. Check in was straight forward withe the gentleman on reception very plesent and polite.

We gotbintobroom which was a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment overlooking the pool, a but of a waste on us with only being the two of us.

I popped back to reception to see if I could buy some water, as no shops were open i was given a large bottles of water for free, really nice touch.

The hotel was around 50% capacity for a couple of days and then even less after, on two days there was only 2 couples around the pool, no problem to us as we wanted a relaxing break.

Food at the pool bar was reasonably priced and made fresh so very nice. All the staff were very attentive to our needs and cleanliness.

The location of the hotel is near the small side harbour with a small shop connected tobthe hotel.

Lots of restaurants for every taste on the way into town, the town was a 10 minute walk along the front so the location is ideal.

On the whole, good clean hotel just on the outskirts of town with fantastic staff.

Would we stay again? Well if we went to kos town area yes we would.

My tip, take an old store card to put in the electronic swipe so you can have Airton and lights on while you are out.

Nice touch was a free safe and wifi

One thing to not is the accommodation levey set by the government is paid as you check out, I think it would be better to pay this as you check in.

Good hotel in a quiet area of Kos approx 15 minutes to old town but with a good choice of restaurants nearby. My suite was quite large with a good sized balcony with sea views decent kitchen/lounge area and was cleaned every day by friendly staff. The pool area was a decent size with plenty of sunbeds and a large swimming pool which i used a lot.
All the staff were very helpful and friendly and covid aware so for me it was a very relaxing holiday.
However the star of the show was Martina who ran the pool bar during the day. This charming young lady could not do enough for you, always cheerful and prepared to chat with guests making them feel special.
By the end of the holiday she was ordering my meals for me giving me a great choice from their sizeable tasty menu.
Costas who took over the evening bar duties was also friendly and tried to make sure everybody was having a good time many thanks to you guys.
Reception staff again helpful and friendly allowing me a late check out on my last day for a small charge.
Thanks to all and i hope to see you again in the future.

My husband and I stayed at the Kos Junior Suites for 14 days from the 14th of October. We had been moved to this hotel due to our original hotel closing due to the Covid situation. We were so happy we had been put here, we arrived in the early hours of the morning but when we got to our room (320) and stepped out onto the balcony we were so pleased, our balcony gave us fantastic views of the marina and the balcony ran across the whole area from the living area to the bedroom so we could step out of both doors. You can walk around the marina, the boats are stunning and you can get a coffee or visit the shops. The hotel was spotlessly clean, we had clean towels every day and our rooms were cleaned every day. There is a supermarket attached to the hotel but it closed the day after we got there but we found one close by. If you go out of the hotel doors walk to the main road and turn right it is only 50 yards away. The walk to Kos town only takes 10 minutes or the bus stop outside the hotel. The bar area near the hotel is run by one of the nicest women you could ever meet, she always had time for a chat and kept everything clean. In fact all the staff were really nice, nothing was too much trouble, and remember they provide towels for the sunbeds, just ask at reception and they give you nice fresh towels and they have large bins around the pool to put your dirty ones in. Would definately book this hotel again if we were visiting Kos town. 10 out of 10 Kos Hotel Junior Suites!

Lovely hotel and staff. Excellent location,as people have already indicated, it is around 10-15 minute walk to the centre of Kos town but there are plenty of restaurants to choose from locally. Local ones I would recommend Degli Amici, fabulous Italian, great food and lovely staff and the grill which is right next to the hotel, best moussaka and again lovely husband and wife team. Further afield Plantanos restaurant which is opposite the tree of Hippocrates was amazing. Slightly more expensive but food and service was well worth it, also they have live music every night which only enhanced the experience.
Back to the hotel, yes it is dated and does need to be refurbished which is happening in the coming months but our room was huge and spotlessly clean. Kitchen equipment is limited was really surprised to find there wasn’t a toaster, just a kettle, coffee maker, 2 burner hob and a microwave. This was fine for us as we tend to eat out but would have liked to have had some toast!
Just a note re the bathroom, the shower is in the bath and it’s quite a high step over to get in also the gap between shower screen is quite small. If mobility is an issue it might be worth asking for an adapted room as there is a walk in shower. Also the pool area is lovely, quiet with some background music, shade if you want it but the loungers need replacing!
The main highlight of this hotel has to be Kostas, the bar manager. He goes out of his way to make sure you’re happy and everything is okay, after one day he knows your tipple and as soon as you go to the bar, you don’t even need to ask it’s there for you. Thank you Kostas you made our holiday.

We booked this hotel, through TUI, after our holiday to Portugal was cancelled. We haven't been to Kos for over 20 years but weren't disappointed.
The hotel is opposite the marina, a 15 minute walk to the hustle and bustle of the old town, and close to bars and restaurants.
Our room had a balcony accessible from the living room and bedroom where we relaxed after days round the pool. The rooms have everything you want - kitchen has a microwave, fridge and kettle and a small table and chairs, the living area has 2 sofas and the bedroom had ample storage space and comfy beds. Both rooms had free air con and the safety deposit box was free too. The bathroom was a bit tired but clean and all in working order. The cleaners did a great job and i lost count of the number of times our towels were changed.
The hotel provides pool towels which is great.
The staff on reception were friendly but to me a great shout out to Martina and Costa in the cafe/bar. These 2 are absolutely fantastic and it is easy to see that they love their jobs. Every day Martina made a fuss of us and brought us drinks to try and even a rice pudding she'd made - she even bought us a small gift for our wedding anniversary. These particular 2 members of staff are a great asset.

I would definitely stay here again.

We have just returned from staying here and we had a lovely time in Kos. These apartments are well situated on the beach front and close to amenities, pubs and restaurants. The rooms are looking very tired and could so with some updating and some TLC but they were spacious. Pool area was beautiful and well maintained and the staff in the restaurant were lovely bubbly and friendly and always went out of their way to ask how our day was and see what we had been up too, by the end of our trip a few of them felt like friends. Breakfast had so much variety and everything we tried was delicious.

Only negatives are that this hotel does boast a gym in its write up but it is at an extra cost which is a bit of a disappointment. And the reception staff could do with being as friendly and bubbly as the restaurant staff. Upon check out we were not even asked if we enjoyed our stay and the person on the desk didn't even crack a smile. We found this to be the case whenever we approached reception

This was our first time visiting Kos Greece so therefore our first time at Kos Junior Suites. The hotel is fantastic, the rooms are very spacious and have everything you need in the room with a kitchenette, there’s a hob, microwave and all cutlery exc is provided. It’s location is ideal as it’s only a ten minute walk to Kos centre so that makes the area around the hotel quiet during the night.
There are also a good selection of restaurants next door to the hotel so if you’re walking into Kos town you will not be short of options for food.

The pool area is fantastic there is a shallow pool for children which was great for my toddler he loved it. It’s not like any other hotel we’ve stayed in where you can’t jump in the pool or have inflatables they have inflatables and balls exc for children to play with in the pool. The staff at the snack bar by the pool are so nice they couldn’t be nicer they will assist you with anything you require.

Overall our stay was 10/10 it’s a family orientated hotel in a great location.

We will definitely be back.

If I was to give one negative bit of feedback it’s just that the rooms are a bit dated the bathrooms are quite old but I’m sure that’s something that will be changed in the future.

Thanks for making our first time visiting Kos so enjoyable.

Just returned from a really good weeks holiday at this hotel . We paid £600 (TUI) for package hol for two. This was good value but we would have been disappointed had we paid the full price of closer to £1000.
The hotel staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel is clean and in a good location . Although TUI claim the rooms have “had a spruce up”, our suite was tatty. That said, everything worked ok and air con was free of charge . Our room had sea and pool view.
TUI also claim that the hotel is 10m from the beach . It is 10m from the sea but don’t expect a beach where you would sunbathe ( just a bit of shingle where people fish from ). That said, we enjoyed the walks in both directions to great beaches offering free sun beds and great tavernas.
There are good restaurants within a couple of minutes and it’s 10 /15 mins walk on the flat into the lovely town and a further 10 mins to the best beach area .
If you don’t expect luxury and you don’t pay the full price this is a decent hotel . It’s a typical Greek hotel , good people , good location , just a bit tatty round the edges .

Really nice hotel, away from the busiest area of Kos but no more than a 15 minute walk. Staff in the bar and around the pool were fantastic. Really friendly and helpful, always polite and went above and beyond to help us and make our holiday memorable.

Our room was on the top floor, overlooking the sea and although the room was basic and possibly in need of some modernisation, the beds were comfortable and the small kitchenette was useful for preparing drinks and snacks. The bathroom is very dated but can be overlooked as the water pressure from the shower was very good. The cleaning of our room was also to a high standard.

I used the hotel gym most days - yes, I know it’s a holiday but having more free time on hols is a great excuse to focus on yourself - for which there was an extra charge. We were there two weeks for I paid for a two week membership which wasn’t overly expensive. Gym has decent facilities with free weights, benches, some weight machines and servers treadmills etc. There was also a spa attached to the gym but didn’t have the opportunity to use this due to Covid restrictions.

We spent most of our time around the pool. There were plenty of beds, albeit the hotel was under-capacity with people not travelling during the pandemic. The pool was a good size with a small children’s pool at one end and a gradual deepening to the other end. Pool always seemed clean and well managed. The pool bar was great for drinks and lunch during the day. The staff were lovely, especially Martina.

When we stayed the restaurant wasn’t open. There were plenty of restaurants nearby with our favourite being Aliada which was about five minutes from the hotel (exit main entrance and turn right) and their mousakka was amazing. Also nearby and recommended are Koako and Mezzaluna.

Would definitely stay here again.

Party was myself and 13 year old daughter.

Had an amazing stay at the Kos Divine Suites, arrived late at night and drinks and snacks were waiting for us. Smooth check in and out.
Room was a little small for 2 adults and a child but spotless and very modern and quiet pool view.
Breakfast offerings were fresh plentiful and relaxed, we had club suite room on 3rd floor allowing access to rooftop facilities where we’re great. Maria and dimitri very attentive. Will most certainly return again Thanks KD suites

It's about a 15 minute walk along the seafront, very pleasant and lots of bars and cafes on the way if you need a pitstop.
