This hotel gives you everything you can expect for a 3-star hotel.
Rooms are clean. The cleaning crew cleans everything if you make sure you keep your personal stuff together. So don't expect they tidy up your room when its a mess. Cleaning crew works hard and are worth a small tip every few days which the cleaning ladies receive with great gratitude.
Airconditioning costs 10 euro for a normal room and 15 euro for an apartment each night. For us the A/C worked very well, sometimes too well so it's worth the 10/15 euros a night. A fair fee considering low margins and very high electricity costs in Kos. The A/C only works when your key is in the room. No need to run the A/C all day since it makes your room cold in a few minutes and still works throughout the night.
Staff in the reception area might seem angry to some people but in my opinion this is just greek directness. When you have problems they care a lot and fix your problems in a few minutes and they are very happy to answer any questions you have. The pool staff are okay to deal with. Some of the staff are pretty strict on not consuming drinks/food outside purchased outside of the hotel. I could understand bringing your own lunch or beer would be a problem, but even a water bottle (which you'll need a lot in Greece) also is a problem. One guy also said 'I love you' to some random girls which was a bit weird.
Breakfast is okay if you don't expect too much. After a few days we decided to eat breakfast outside the hotel since the selection of bread they offer is tough to swallow and food that has to be cooled down isn't actively cooled and food that has to be hot isn't heated.
You can tell that Saint Constantine hotel had a lot of problems with their guests in the past and are actually actively fixing those problems. Every room has a letter to politely tell their guests to not party in the hotel and allow noise and guests after 22:00/10PM. In our opinion mosts guest are between 20 and 30 years old, like us, seeking a quiet hotel to stay without too much noise and partying. Once late in the evening there were people playing loud music but after a few minutes the hotel staff told them to turn it off. After that we didn't have any noise complaints apart from some loud cleaning ladies (again, Greek way of communicating).
We would come back because of the great value you get for your money, but without the breakfast option in our booking.

My husband and I just returned last night from a week at Saint Constantine, well what can I say? The location is fabulous, I am mobility impaired and the location is wonderful, 2 minutes from beach bars, the harbour and 5 minutes from the centre of town. The hotel has a ramp at the entrance, an elevator and in pool steps, so no ladder to struggle with to get in and out. During these very difficult times the hotel has all precautions in place. The staff are all so friendly and helpful, especially Nikki who is on reception in the morning, Cindy who is on reception in the afternoon and Sofia the restaurant manager, we will definitely be returning and I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anybody who wants to enjoy a holiday in a very nice hotel, close to amenities and suitable to for all age groups.

Hotel is located in the city centre of Kos and it’s really convenient for city excursions and shopping.Receptionist and cleaner were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also very good and covid measures were in place. Owner should consider a total renovation as rooms are quite old fashioned and it’s unacceptable to have a rusty fridge inside the room.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with pool view, the view from the rear rooms is not nice.

We have been going to St Contantin since it open around 12 years ago. We have a self catering studio apartment, which is not to everyone taste, but it suits us perfectly, there are of course hotel rooms availbale too.It is on a main road, but is a one way, and obviously this year very little traffic. The staff have always been so friendly and helpful to us especially this year as they allowed us to change our date due to the covid virus, Maria was so helpful. The location we think as absolutely perfect near to some very nice restaurants, and a short walk away frombars and restaurant across from the harbour. The pool is on the front of the accomodation which, we however prefer to walk to the beach which is only a 5-6 minute walk away. We are very much looking forward to going again next year.

Our stay lasted less than an hour. We had booked a room for four nights but once we entered the room we were utterly disgusted. The linen was stained and looked as if they were not cleaned since the last occupiers. We tried using a blanket found in the cupboard but an insect fell off it. The airconditioning was poorly operating. The overall condition of the room and the building as a whole was of bad quality. We informed the receptionist about this.

We stayed at the St Constantin Hotel for a week in august and we can’t fault the hotel at all. Had a very modern and clean room with a quiet balcony at the back of the hotel. The hotel was very clean and the cleaners were brilliant and very friendly. Reception staff and bar staff all very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was brilliant with lots of choice, and great to sit outside overlooking the pool to eat. The pool was great, and would highly recommend the pool party. The location of the hotel is amazing, close to beach, harbour and literally shops and supermarkets on the doorstep. Would definitely return.

A very well located hotel, on the main road to the town, just a short distance from the town, restaurants and beaches. Staff are very helpful and friendly, the room is basic but has everything you need. Nice pool at the front. Small but good choice at breakfast and the bar prices were reasonable.
