This hotel is on a super location of Kos, walking distance (5 min) to the old town, 10 meter from the sea, we had a room with sea view which made the whole ambience of our holiday perfect. This hotel settles itself as a 3 star hotel, price ratio they are more or less one of the cheapest in the city, but the experience of the staff, modern new renovated rooms and cleanliness the quality far exceeds the expectation.

Positive:
+nice clean rooms
+good reception service
+good location

Negative:
-poor breakfast

We stayed at Triton at the end of the season. The location was great as it was in the middle of Kos Town - about a 5 minute walk to the port. The actual hotel is beautiful and lives up to the pictures online, its lovely to eat at the restaurant downstairs at breakfast as its a great balance between indoor and outdoor eating and is a great way to start off the day. We also can't fault the staff as they were very friendly. They have a games room and gym in the basement which is handy when you have a late flight as its a nice area to relax away from the restaurant that gets busy at night

However, we paid extra for a sea view room when we checked in we were given a side sea room (in the corner) with about 70% of the view being the side street. We were disappointed with this as they do not state they're are side sea views or that you may get this also the sea view rooms advertised as the room we would be getting was not the one we received. My partner also had made some requests for nice things like wine and fruit to be put in the room as a surprise for me as it was an anniversary. They assured us over email that this request would be fulfilled but this wasn't done either. We requested to be moved to another room wasn't moved until 2 nights before the end of our stay. Another concern was the variety in room size, the 1st room we were in with quite large and it was easy for 2 people to exist in there however the 2nd room was very small and the bathroom was nearly inaccessible and was quite uncomfortable to use at times. It seemed to us that to get a true sea view room of a standard size it was down to the luck of the draw. The breakfast was standard and pre prepared apart from the pancakes, we are vegan (which we alerted the hotel to before we arrive by email and on the arrival) and they stated they would speak to kitchen and see if something could be prepared for us. However, this like other requests was not fulfilled. The breakfast available was for vegans was bread, Cereal, non dairy milk and fruit. We went out and bought our own supplies of butter and chocolate spread to have on toast which they didn't mind. But by the end of 7 days I was tired of eating same thing and I felt they're was a missed opportunity and lack of effort from the hotel on this point.
The pool is nice and cold but refreshing in the hot sun, we wish that it wasn't used as a main entrance and fully asscessible from the side street by anyone as it can be uncomfortable at times for relaxing.
Again, i cant fault the staff especially at breakfast and the location of the hotel. However for the price point they're are other hotels that would have meet our needs better and sadly, I won't be returning

Stayed here last October with my partner. We had a modern room with a sea view and it was spacious enough for the two of us. The breakfast was our favorite part of the stay, really tasty and good variety, you could sit either inside or outside on the terrace watching the sea. The staff was helpful, special mention goes to the cleaning staff who greeted us with a huge smile every morning! The pool area was smaller than we expected and had shade almost the whole day but all in all we had a nice stay and would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a place in the town area.

The hotel is on a nice location, near the sea (50m), 10min walk to the city center, with good restaurants nearby and other facilities (pharmacy, rent a car shop, markets,...). Renovated, open space dinning room, lovely decorated rooms with safe and a small fridge, air condition and a really cute bathroom with glass. Staff is friendly and really helpful (thank you for saving my phone with rice), they really look after hygiene. Oh, and a nice small pool also is waiting for you in the lobby.

We booked a standard room with a sea view. The room was very nice, comfortable beds, aircon, tea and coffee facilities and a fridge. Great location, close to all of the restaurants etc but far enough away from the noise. Our only complaint is the breakfast. All of the hot food is batch cooked by 7:15 am and is not kept warm. Even by 7:30 am we found the bacon and eggs etc were cold so we stuck to the continental buffet of cold meats and cheeses for the rest of the week. One last comment on the young lady at reception on Sunday afternoon 3rd July, we found her to be a little rude and felt that we were an inconvenience to her asking for information. For example we asked about the best way to get to the waterpark, her answer 'google it!' She gives the impression that she doesn't like tourists. All other staff were helpful and pleasant.

Thoroughly enjoyed a 5 night stay at Triton Hotel during September.

The hotel is immaculate and well presented with a nice little swimming pool and restaurant on ground floor.

Rooms were very comfortable and very well presented. Nice side sea view room (209).

Breakfast very good with wide choice of food. Restaurant area provides open plan dining and nice to sit in for breakfast. We didn’t eat in the hotel although as a resident you get 10% discount. The restaurant offers Italian food.

Staff were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. Special thanks and mention to Kaity.

Making a reservation for next year as enjoyed our stay so much.

We reserved a room for one day and we were left totally satisfied. The room was comfortable, spacey and had everything we needed. People at the reception greeted us with smiles and were very helpful whenever we needed something. Last but not least they allowed us to bring our puppy with us, something that not all hotels do. Will definitely revisit.

Typical city hotel with rather small rooms, opening 2 check-in suitcases at the same time was very tricky. Other than that the stuff was friendly and helpful. And the breakfast was good.
The hotel is located nicely so it is easy to walk to the city center.

Good location, clean and well equipped rooms. Comfy beds and good breakfast. One of the best place I ever stayed. The young guy at the reception was extremely polite and helpful. He gave us a map and printed things to do on the island.
Quality is higher than could have been for the price. Overall excellent experience

We are world travelers and every summer we visit Kos island. Although we tried few hotels in Kos town years ago, we loved the most Triton hotel due to their great staff, the location, the breakfast buffet and the cleanliness. It feels like another home as soon as we check-in. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful. Will be back soon in few months. Highly recommended!
