The hotel is as previous reviews say is very smart and relaxing and if you want that sort of holiday this is the place for you. If you want peace and quiet and nothing else you’ll be fine but if you are expecting activities and entertainment you need to look elsewhere because this place doesn’t have either.
Positives are the hotel itself it is very clean modern and the rooms stylish set over floor blocks in lovely gardens. Staff are great with Andy and Johanna working hard all day bless them to look after you.
The breakfast has a good choice for all tastes and the Covid measures are stringent which makes you feel very safe.
Pool area is lovely and very calm and quiet too.
Negatives are the location in that it’s a bit of a walk into town itself but there are tavernas and a supermarket if you turn right and walk for 10 mins along the road but apart from that there is nothing else around. The other issue is price of drinks there €3.50 for a soft drink isn’t cheap but there is a small fridge in the room which we made good use of.
It’s definitely a place to go if you want to not move from the very comfy sunbed all week but I’d def recommend getting out and about as Kos Town is worth exploring

We have just returned from two absolutely fantastic weeks at the Diamond Boutique Hotel. I couldn't recommend this hotel enough!!
The hotel is extremely chilled, the rooms are spotless, great atmosphere, good quiet location and around a 15 min walk into town (but an enjoyable walk).
All of the staff at the hotel are extremely welcoming and friendly and certainly went above and beyond. A special thanks to the cleaners, they are so hardworking and extremely friendly - they really do a great job!
The only downfall is the lunch prices, €16 for a club sandwich and the soft drinks are fairly pricey also but there are many other food places just a short walk from the hotel.
Cannot fault this place at all and already looking forward to booking again!

We had a lovely stay at the Diamond Boutique Hotel, myself and my husband and our two girls aged 16 and 13.

The standard of the hotel is high, the rooms and the hotel itself are furnished to a high standard, the hotel is very clean and the staff are all lovely and hardworking.

We stayed bed and breakfast and found there was lots of high quality, choice. Our girls had lunch at the bar most days and that was a really high quality too.

The pool sunloungers are the comfiest I've ever experienced and pool towels are provided.

The hotel only has 44 rooms in 4 blocks throughout it's grounds so it never feels very busy which is perfect.

Location wise it is about 15 mins walk into Kos town and the old town with its shops and restaurants is a must visit.

My only really small negatives/suggestions are at breakfast I felt the staff could clear used plates from tables a bit quicker, glasses/bottles could have been cleared from around the pool a bit quicker (although to be honest I think guests could take a bit more responsibility for moving things they've used here) and maybe have some lighter options for lunch available based on their existing menu, for example offer a club sandwich with or without the chips as meals were quite big for lunch - although my girls shared a meal - like I said very small negatives.

All in all a fantastic break and I would recommend the hotel.

We stayed here 4 years ago, it was as fabulous then as our stay this time. The staff are a credit to the owners, everyone was so friendly, helpful and polite, in particular the housekeeping ladies who on my birthday put petals on our bed. I thought it was my partner at first who almost took the credit! Great choice at breakfast, Ana the lady is the best poached egg/ omelette maker,
Pool area is spotless, comfy sun beds, lots to choose from don’t have to put your towel to reserve. The location is perfect, I’ve seen reviews saying it’s a long walk to the harbour, we disagree it takes about 15-20 mins walking moderately, Only negative I can think of are drinks are expensive, I’m sure people would buy more even if they were lowered by even 1 euro!
On the whole our time here for the week was fabulous, loved every minute and hope to be back soon.

This was a last minute booking for us and we weren’t disappointed at all. The gallery pictures are exactly how the hotel is - it’s modern with lots of luxury extras - especially the sun beds, they were amazing, so comfy. The decor of the rooms were bright & modern and had everything you needed. The staff from reception to bar staff to kitchen staff to cleaners all worked above & beyond to ensure every one had an enjoyable stay.
COVID rules were observed, with the safety of guests and staff paramount at the complex. There were many hand sanitiser stations around the communal areas & social distancing was observed. All in all providing a safe and relaxing atmosphere - exactly what we needed.
I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again...

Excellent hotel, plenty of padded sun beds, only around a ten minute walk to centre of kos old town. Friendly staff. We had room and breakfast, stacks of choices for breakfast, everything in fact and a chef cooking omelettes etc fresh. We also tried the five course dinner for 25 euro which was excellent, brilliant value for money very tasty, plus plenty of choices, only trouble it totally filled me up, next time I would miss desert. Rooms had tv, small fridge, coffee tea facilities, plus safe, balcony shower, my only gripe is not a lot of draw space and a cupboard for hanging clothes only around five feet tall ,so you can’t hang other halves long dresses etc, but I would recommend staying here, nice quiet location.

Myself and my wife stayed for 12 days at the Diamond Boutique Hotel just outside Kos.
The hotel is very clean and the staff are polite and helpful, especially Elina on reception, she is a real star.
The positives are
Very clean
rooms are a good size and have everything you need toiletries, towels etc
The Pool area is very nice with comfy sun loungers
just a 15min walk into Old Kos Town and the Harbour.
The variety and general quality of the breakfast is superb (except the hot food)

Negatives were
The hot items for breakfast (bacon, mushrooms, scrambled egg) were luke warm at best, i tried them on the first day and again later in the week but both times they were almost cold.
The walls are thin between apartments, there you can hear conversations and there is a glass roller shutter between the bedroom and living area, this is very noisy and can be heard in adjoining rooms, we bought ear plugs to resolve.
The drinks are very expensive at the hotel, over double what you would pay in Kos town. Small Mykos beer £4,50, Bottle of water £3, a sprite £4. There is a sign up stating you can only eat and drink food from the bar around the pool which makes it very expensive

Overall we have a good holiday at the DBH , the only downside to our holiday was the owners decided to host a childrens birthday party beside the pool on the Sunday, With 30+ children running around and around 60 adults at the bar it resulted in almost every guest leaving the pool area. We thought it very inconsiderate to host a family party which affected the paying guests enjoyment, we we told we couldn't order food during the afternoon as staff were busy with the party!
The Guests who pay good money to stay here should be the priority but sadly this was not the case.

Dear Guest, Thank you for your review and for choosing our hotel. Please allow us to respond to your comments accordingly: Two days prior to our event, we sent a letter to all guests notifying them. We also explained to guests that they were also welcomed to join in the facilities, which included free buffet, and drinks. All guests were very responsive and took part and enjoyed the day. In actual fact some remained up until 9pm dancing. As for ordering from the pool bar, no-one was told that they couldn’t and no guests were denied. Actually, most guests welcomed themselves to the free buffet. Our drinks are reasonably priced for a 4* star boutique hotel. As for the sign stating food & drinks to be consumed by pool bar is in order to avoid breakage of chinaware and glassware around the pool. It is worth noting that drinks can be consumed around the pool, as we provide non-breakable glass. Once again thank you for being our guests. Kind Regards, Maria Kouznetsova Assistant Front Office Manager

Stayed from 24th Sep 2022 for one week B and B.
Breakfast was fantastic, with an excellent choice of dishes.
Poolbar menu was good, with a choice of dishes, all of which were tasty, and well presented. (a wee bit pricey, but not over the top)
Bedroom was a bit quirky, spotless, and cleaned daily by the excellent maid service. Aircon worked a treat too.
The reception/bar staff were lovely, and most helpful/friendly.
Located 15 minutes walk from the beach, and Kos town, along a well lit road.
Kos town was lovely with tons of great places to eat, and drink.
I'd go back in a heartbeat :)

We stayed at the Diamond Boutique Hotel in July 2022.

The staff are amazing and nothing was too much trouble, they are all so welcoming.
The rooms are pristine, housekeeping came every day with fresh towels and to clean and make the bed up, towels are also available at the pool.

Breakfast is a buffet style and has so much choice, we stayed in the restaurant for dinner and the quality of food was outstanding.
The pool area is next to the bar so you can order drinks to be brought to the most comfortable sunbeds and the lunch menu is great.
Kos Town is a 10 minute walk and has a lively atmosphere, with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be visiting again.

The hotel is very nicely spaced out with the rooms in blocks around the complex. The hotel is very close to a farm so the cockerels and cows do play a part in the experience well the sound anyway. All the staff are excellent and so helpful if you need advise on anything from shopping to restaurants everything is just a short 15 minute walk into kos town. The roads are not perfect and most pavements are not made for walking on so take care at night take a taxi it’s only €6 euros from the harbour to the hotel. Breakfast is to be taken daily the ham and mushroom omelette is perfectly cooked for you on request. Al they have a good choice of English breakfast, yoghurt, fruit and eggs and everything else you would normally get for breakfast. The hotel also has a very nice bar menu if your in the mood to just stay by the pool. If you prefer the beaches are just a 10 minutes walk with our favourite been Nissy Beach that has safes with contactless watches to keep all your valuables safe while your in the sea and food and drink brought direct to your beach bed.

Hi, we stayed in August and had a ground floor apartment. We had a shower over a bath and the bedroom had patio doors which opened out on to a small patio and then the gardens. I think most (if not all) apartments either had a patio if they were ground floor or balcony if first floor. Only two floors in each block. I can't say all had baths with showers over but the hotel would know. Would definitely recommend it but agree that it's about 15m walk to the nearest beach and about 20-25m to stroll to Kos old town.

It’s a great place to holiday ,the way to go is to hire a car from the rental company at the end of the street on the left. Pretty reasonable and easy to navigate around. No bus service that we saw , then to get to the airport in the middle of the island you must book it a couple of days ahead with the wonderful front office girls . Pick up a car and see the whole island. Go across to Bodrum across in Turkey for the day if you want to do some good shopping.
