Stayed one night five of us in two rooms. Rooms airy clean and comfortable but en suite shower tiny in the one room and just reasonable in the other. In both difficult to get a good stream of hot water, either boiling or ice cold in the one and a measly trickle in the other. Sea

Owner was very friendly and helpful and the B&B was in a lovely location. BUT the shower was rubbish and we didn't get a cooked veggie breakfast, despite requesting this in advance. Nice but never worth €90 a night.

Nice enough B&B on the edge of Spanish point. Lovely and friendly owner that couldn't do enough for you, good value. En suite was clean and of good quality but the shower was really horribly weak. Cereals and juice available for breakfast and a standard full Irish.
