The Venetian Macao garners high marks for its impeccable service, with staff members who are frequently commended for their helpfulness and attentiveness. Reviewers are enchanted by the hotel's vibrant atmosphere and stunning decorations, creating a welcoming environment.
While some guests consider the pricing steep and note a lack of certain in-room amenities, the strategic location and luxurious amenities, including an array of dining and entertainment options, are widely appreciated. The spacious, well-kept rooms earn praise, yet their distance from elevators is occasionally mentioned as a drawback.

The hotel 🏨 is very good with the super large room 👍🏻, which is divided into non-smoking and smoking rooms. The front desk service is very good. The service of 35467 is very considerate! They are also good at chatting and are very considerate. However, when I arrived, the room was not cleaned in time. I waited for about 2 hours and explained that because the room is too big, it usually takes 2-3 hours to clean a room. The room is very cost-effective. The room is more than 70 square meters, which is really big. It is better than the hotel I stayed in before when I came to Macau. Shopping is also very convenient. The bathroom is also completely independent, with a makeup cabinet and a stool. It is the first time I have seen such a bathroom. The toilet is also an independent small room, completely separated from the shower.

This hotel is massive! We were greeted by Andy from the reception with a warm welcome! Andy speaks good English and was extremely friendly and shared many information about the hotel with us. It was mother day Andy noted that I was traveling with my mom and he gifted my mom a small bouquet of flower which was really sweet. I love the big room, to my surprise the room was much more comfortable, well maintain and extremely clean. Many bottled water was place in room which made it convenient for guest. On the 2nd day of our stay the housekeeping even called us to check on the room satisfaction after it was cleaned. As the hotel is huge walking through the Casio daily would be the fastest way to get around however if you look young do expected to get check daily which can be annoying when your hands are full and when you’re already 35yo. The security can be fierce and fussy. The guys at the baggage service/concierge service will need to smile a bit more and provide better service like how the reception does. Hotel and mall is always crowded but convenient. Location of the hotel is good and they provide shuttle service to ferry terminal, airport and bus terminal which is complimentary!

Hotel atmosphere, room space is large and comfortable, with a living room, sofa, dining table, dining chair, living room and room have a TV. Great landscape view, the hotel's surroundings are luxury hotels.
Guo's manager is professional and patient, we stayed for 2 nights, the first day at 8 p.m. checking in, ask her to help arrange the upper floors, she will provide our higher floors and upgrade the view room, so that we can enjoy a pleasant experience.
The other staff (such as assisting with luggage storage, assisting on the shuttle bus) are also very good at service.

Fantastic experience! Super helpful, friendly and caring staff! Jeffrey 33899 and Jay 83238 went beyond and above to help make accessibility arrangements to accommodate my needs. Heads up: you need 2000 mop cash (or credit card) deposit to rent a wheelchair

Jeffery (33899) provides exemplary services to my family members who are elderly when we reached The Venetian in Macau.
Upon arrival, he helped us with all luggages. When asked for seats for the elderly while waiting for check in, he found seats for them and rejected others from taking the seats.
He led us to the priority queue and we were being questioned by a not so friendly ground lady crew why are we queuing there and who allow us to queue in the priority lane. After checked in, Jeffery brought us many bottles of mineral water, not forgetting the elderly who are seated away from us.
Jeffery led us to our room and even blocked off the lift for us.
When we were in our room, he also brought us more pairs of in-room slippers and removed the holder for the slippers.
His service is way beyond our expectation that we felt bad about it. No doubt that his smile and friendliness brighten our day and felt good for the remaining stay.
If you meet him, pls praise him and I believe he will be pleased and happy to hear compliments. So are we, ya... =p

In this hotel stay experience, I felt the superior service and comfortable environment. First of all, the hotel staff are very friendly and professional, always willing to assist and solve my problems quickly. The rooms are very warmly decorated and the beds are comfortable, making me feel at home during my stay.
The hotel's facilities are also quite complete. Whether it is a gym, swimming pool or restaurant, I have a variety of leisure options. Breakfast, in particular, provided a variety of delicious options that satisfied my taste buds.
In addition, the hotel's location is ideal, allowing me to easily access nearby business districts and tourist attractions. Overall, I was very impressed with my hotel experience and I would happily recommend it to other travelers.
Thanks
Helen . Win San . Yan
I feel very good and will come again

i paid around 250$ per night, and there's no coffee machine in the rooms ,and when i asked about it in reception, she told me why will we put this in the room you can go to to Starbucks or buy the machine ! i told her that this is something not special, and it's available in most hotels ,and she told me no, this something is so special no one asked about this before
It's just a coffee maker, and this hotel is supposed it's took the Italian style, and the room price is not cheap at all
Also
The rooms are a bit old and not completely updated, like most hotels. For example, when you need to sleep, you will have to close all the lights and curtains. There is no button next to the bed to do this, although the room is large, but it is not an advantage, on the contrary, because of the problem of controlling the lights and curtains.

As expected, the service is the best, as expected from a 5-star rating! They moved our luggage as soon as we got off the hotel shuttle bus, and there was room available when we arrived, so we were able to check in early around 13:00. I was also upgraded to a twin bed room upon check-in.
My friend and I came to the Venetian Hotel to hang out, and we were satisfied because it was clean, spacious, and most of all, magnificent and pretty.
I plan to go to casinos, restaurants, and take advantage of various facilities such as swimming pools!
I will use it again next time I come to Macau!
Thank you for the friendly service :)

We arrived very late at around 10pm on 23 Aug, and had a swift check-in experience. We appreciated Alice Kuok from Front Office, who is courteous and helpful. She offered luggage assistance and simple hotel orientation, which makes our trip convenient and accessible. She even introduced the breakfast location and time to us, and assisted us to purchase in advance in order to get a discount. Her service was impressive!
