A piece of heaven. Beautiful tents in a forest like setting. Everything very clean and neat. Fantastic hosts, very attentive to all your needs. Close to great beaches and other attractions. So peaceful. Great family holiday had by all.

This quiet peaceful haven is simply relaxing,clean and convenient. It is secure and the tents are nestled in the trees with birdsong all around. Sunlit gardems and warm cozy beds at night. So close to the beach and relaxing. Private and definitely the most pleasant hosts.

The 'camp' was perfect, located far from the madding crowd but close to blue flag beaches which kept my littlies entertained and my bigger boys raved about the waves. The tents themselves were well stocked and Annatjie couldn't have done more. The linen was crisp and white, the cutlery was new and the decor simple. It's close to restaurants but we chose to braai and it felt like we were 'camping' but sleeping like babies in our luxury tent with electric blankets.

A little piece of heaven tucked away in the bush. We had the most incredible weekend. One of the best places we've ever stayed at! Fantastic accommodation, very peaceful. So much attention to detail, Annatjie and Hans made us feel very welcome. Each unit is very private. I highly recommend Thandalula, we will definitely be returning.

Very comfortable tents surrounded with trees and luxurious vegetation, well located and near the beach. Nice play ground. We never had such a warm welcome: tray of delicatessen, Lindt chocolates, bed already heated up before going to bed, file with places to visit, addresses of restaurants…. Very friendly and helpful owners. We highly recommend this place, especially with children.

You will never feel more welcome anywhere than at Thandulula. The owners are truly the most warm and wonderful hosts you will ever be lucky enough to meet. They make you feel welcome right from the start. The luxury tents are absolutely stunning - everything is spotlessly clean and of the highest standards. The units are private and this is THE place to go when you just want to relax and unwind completely. No traffic, no noise, just peace and quiet. The beach is short 5 minute drive away so you can have the best of both worlds. There is a lovely communal area around the swimming pool where large groups can gather to braai/cook and socialise. This has to be one of our favourite places down the South Coast. It really is excellent value for money. There is always that bit extra - a chocolate, little tray of delicious snacks on arrival, rusks and boxes of juice in the fridge - not many self-catering places give you anything at all so this is always a treat! It is also such a pleasure to be able to check out a bit later on Sundays (if prior arrangements are made) and not have to rush home like with most places that want you out at 10am on the dot. Definitely will return again and again.

We spent last weekend at Thandulula to celebrate my partner's birthday with several of our closest and oldest friends. The tents are superb, the grounds are beautiful and the service is fantastic! Annatjie was an absolute star in helping with the many surprises and arrangements and her genuine concern for us having a great time was unsurpassed. We could not have asked for better and everyone is excitedly asking when the next time will be! Thank you for making our weekend so special and memorable.
