If you are not too demanding the complex is quite fine overall, but we go in parts. The apartment is improveable, mainly in terms of comfort, as q the bed, pillow and sofa are a bit uncomfortable; it is advisable to take the personal pillow, especially if you have trouble sleeping. The least we liked was the bathroom as it had a curtain and bathtub, it would also be good to change the shower head, the water did not come out properly. Otherwise, the rest was correct, appliances in good condition, perhaps the TV, with a little more inches, would have been better. We also did not know well to pay 10 € per night for the A/A, there would have to be a formula to pay only for the consumption that is done, not x all day, use or not use the air. What we liked the most was the garden with terrace (we took a ground floor apartment), if you have pet you will appreciate it.
The complex has three pools, small, of course, but to cool off is fine.
But certainly the best thing about the stay were the meals and the restaurant staff. Lunch and dinner are menu type, with quite a variety of dishes, all very tasty; breakfast is buffet, not bad. The waiters, a 10, very attentive, friendly and helpful.
As for the location, it is close to the beach and the natural park of the Sierra de Irta, a fabulous environment between the sea and nature, ideal for walking or cycling. It is recommended to climb the hermitage of Saint Lucia, has spectacular views. In short, a pleasant stay, to repeat.

Residence is well managed, clean common space, garden well entertained, The apartments are well equiped and large terrasse.
Swimming pool is open very late and sized accordingly to number of people in the residence.
Only comment is distance from the beach (around 800m, but still walking distance) and Wifi which was included that we were not able to access to, very low signal.

This is not the first time we have stayed at this complex. The reasons are very simple:
1. The facilities are spectacular. Manicured gardens, impeccable swimming pools.....
2. The apartments are quite good and those in charge (Santi and his wife) are very attentive and try to solve any setback that arises.
3. Restaurant: we have been on a 1/2 board basis. Very good food. Several dishes to choose from as a first and several as a second. The breakfast was quite complete (bread, pastries, cold cuts......) I have several intolerances, celica, lactose, seafood... everything very controlled and without problems. They have made sure that I could enjoy the food like the rest, and that is very difficult to find. The staff is very pleasant and attentive and very complicit with the residents.
For these reasons and more, whenever we can we will return. For my family it is a safe bet.

+1
We have no choice but to rent and for the same Award our accommodation this year was clearly poor. No wardrobe, unsuitable and obsolete furniture,.broken bed, incomplete fridge, water damage....I recommend this complex which does not invest in the renewal of its furniture, its outdoor infrastructure. Attached here are photos that illustrate the absence of wardrobe, the cramped room for two adults, the unsuitable furniture. In 2016 I made a great comment. Too bad only profit matters

Superb place. Very beautiful residence. Nice swimming pool. We park the car and do everything on foot. Supermarket, beach, town center all within 500 meters.
Nothing is missing in the city center. Bakery, tea room, restaurants, ice cream parlors, shoes, clothes, beach items… everything is there.

My partner and I went to breakfast and we had three croissants and two coffees with milk. He initially wanted to charge us €16. Not understanding the price, we asked him to tell us what each item cost, to which he responded... oops, I think I've wrong... and then he told us that everything cost €12.40... even so he still didn't understand the high price for such a miserable breakfast. I then ask him for the ticket and he tells me again that he made a mistake and he gives me back 5 euros in hand. I also ask him for the ticket and he tells me that he doesn't say it, he doesn't have it and that he has already deleted it. Later the cook comes out and starts arguing with the waiter because he had clearly tried to scam me. I will file an official complaint with the consumer department of the Generalitat Valenciana. THIEVES!
