Detailed Reviews
Had 3 days at this beautiful place.
My first experience was at the arrival with the receptionist
Mr. internship Bernardo from Portugal 🇵🇹
Great welcome and service from his site, the room was not ready when I arrived, but I was quickly offered a drink in the pool bar on the house.
And then Bernardo came after 15 min with the key and informed me the was available now.
The young man in the pool-bar (do not remember his name) Was a fresh guy, good service and professional approach.
The restaurant manager, (The nice lady that was setting people when arrival at the restaurant for lunch and Dinner)
Had an amazing personality, not only towards me
But also when the family with kids was arriving to the restaurant.
All in all an amazing experience fromthe staff, they all made me feeling more than welcome, and I did not feel alone even though I was there by my self.
The bad site. Outdated rooms, the food is not
Up to standard, to much waiting time for getting access to restaurant.

First rate hotel, right on the sea front. Although there is no hotel car park,
you can park on a small car park opposite the hotel, next to the Guardia
Civil garrison, but make sure you move it Tues mornings, in readiness for
a great produce market on Tuesdays. The pool was very clean and cool,
but if you wanted a drink at the pool bar you have to fetch the lady off the
front desk to serve you. We had a master suite 419 very large with superb
sea veiw and double balcony. The hotel food was i bit of a mystery some nights,
but the breakfast offerings made up for it! If you have a room on the front, the
bin men come about 1am!!
Alcocebre town is vibrant (who said there is no money about) with plenty of
bars to keep you well fed and watered.

Once again we had a delightful relaxing stay at what has become one of our favourite hotels stay. The Manager and staff are welcoming and efficient and always on hand to serve. The bedrooms are spotless and very comfortable and the sea views change from one hour to another. Its the perfect relaxing refreshing hotel to unwind and enjoy a well deserved holiday. We will be back.

The Hotel Alcoceber is a lovely modern hotel in a small uncommercialised town. Our bedroom was roomy with a balcony overlooking the sea and Marina.
The buffet breakfast was excellent and plentiful catering for all tastes and nationalities. The selection ranged from fresh fruit, cheese and cold meats to a cooked selection or a range of cakes and continental pastries.
The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were extremely courteous and helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
When a problem occurred very late at night in one of our rooms, another room was found immediately without hesitation.
The large pool was wonderful with plenty of sun loungers and sunshades around it and as soon as a glass or cup was finished with it was cleared away. The poolside bar was very reasonable and the food excellent.
The big advantage of this hotel is that it is within walking distance of the Marina and also the town with all its bars and restaurants, which is an advantage when sampling the local Sangria! The wonderful beaches stretch for miles but there are also rocky bays if you prefer.
We enjoyed our stay and will not hesitate to recommend this hotel and intend to visit again very soon. We had a very relaxing stay.

Wonderful hotel with a fantastic pool in a small town between Valencia and Barcelona.
We flew into Valencia airport and the hotel was 1hr north easy to get to on the main toll road (e-15).
The hotel is extremely clean, with friendly staff and good facilities, along with plenty of rooms with a sea view.
The town itself is mainly spanish and there wasn't many Brits about which we liked, and there were some nice restaurants at the Marina and Seafront. The town is quiet and outside of those areas there isn't much else but the scenery and peacefulness made for a relaxing holiday.
If you want a resort style holiday with bars, clubs and 18-30 then this isn't for you, but for a relaxing week or two in a good location to visit Valencia and Barcelona as well as the picturesque villages in the mountains behind then this is ideal.

Just got back from a 7 day half board stay at this hotel - it's perfect for a short break at great value for money.
We arrived via a flight to the newly opened Castellon airport which is only a 20 minute (€30) taxi ride to the hotel.
The hotel is in an ideal location between the town and the marina being only approximately 5 minutes from each.
The staff were in the main very friendly and the rooms were fine and cleaned every day.
The food on half board was decent if not slightly repetitive but good value.
Please note there is no wifi in the rooms.
All in all I would recommend this hotel

Hotel, rooms, bathrooms etc etc all immaculate and every member of staff exceptionally helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel. We stayed for a weekend on our way to Sitges near Barcelona. We were very impressed from stoping through the door to leaving. We stayed in one of the apartments but had breakfast and evening meal in hotel. Lots of bars, shops and restaurants within walking distance. Beds very comfortable. Having stayed in many Spanish hotels we were amazed at how quiet this hotel was and we couldn't hear a sound fro the other guests Will stay here again without a doubt.

My husband and I stayed here last week. The hotel is in a good central locatition for the town centre bars, restaurants and shops it's a 5 minute walk to the marina . If you walk further on past the beach and out of town is a nice country walk to the lighthouse and round a guided walk , good excersise for working of those holiday treats.
The hotel itself has a nice pool, with sunbeds and showers if your child free and want peace and quiet don't go at the weekends or summer school holidays. The staff our very friendly and welcoming, breakfast isn't all that though if your a breakfast fan.
Our room was Lovley and spacious with a large balcony and seating with a view over the hills , lovely at night so peaceful.
The best thing about the hotel for me was the locatition it's not posh buts it's not cheap looking either I would recommend a stay .
