Situado en primera lÃnea de la Playa el Cargador este complejo se encuentra en una zona tranquila de Alcossebre frente al Mar. En el Skybar situado en la última planta del edificio encontraran una piscina, un bar, hamacas y camas balinesas con unas inmejorables vistas sobre la playa, el Mediterráneo y la localidad de Alcossebre. Great Hotel close to beach and around 750m walk to main town. The town is very quiet this time of year (February) and lots of places are closed. There was only a handful of restaurants open in the evenings for dinner so not much choice. We really liked the area, we were right on the beach and the town/harbour is easily accessible on foot.
We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with terrace. In hindsight we would have stayed in rooms 01-11 as these were S/SW facing. Rooms 12-18 (all floors) are North facing and this time of year no sun gets to the terrace area so we didn’t/couldn’t make use of this area unfortunately.
Hotel is new and modern and apartments have everything you need for a self catering holiday. Standard of rooms and facilities are excellent. Room was cleaned daily to a high standard and staff were helpful and friendly. There is parking and again there is a daily charge which is disappointing however there are plenty of parking spaces around the hotel, especially this time of year. Free WiFi is really good and tv has a number of uk channels which was a bonus.
The pools aren’t heated so it was not possible to use these at this time of year. The roof terrace is very nice with an excellent pool (not heated) and fantastic panoramic views. There are plenty of beds and loungers. Pool on ground floor has plenty of space around for sun loungers but again were too cold to use at this time of year.
We used the spa (large heated pool with water jets, sauna and steam room) once but for 2 adults and 2 children it was 28€ for one hour which is too expensive. This time of year maybe it should be more accessible and affordable, especially to families as we would have liked to have used it more. As we had children the sauna and steam room could not be used so this was a little disappointing. The Spa however is an excellent facility.
We will definitely return in the warmer months as we really liked the area and want to see it all fully open and would like to make use of the pools. We hired a car and visited local areas. The town of Peniscola is very nice and around a 30 minute drive away and worth a visit.

We had a great stay with room 516 that is on the top floor and is on the north side ( (city side) so you have a real nice view of the city and in the afternoon when it is hot you are in the shade side. The place is superbly placed with 2 big beaches next door and xcellent stay overall with following recomendations: 1// You best book a parking upfront, even if it cost it is worth it as there are very few parking places around and your car is safe 2// make sure to enjoy the roof top terrace late with superb views and the great pool with chill out music ... really super relaxing 3// for the city itself try the restaurant "La villa" if you are a food lover , Gaudir is also very good ....aside make a visit to the butcher "antonio" who has a superb shop with wine , cheese and great meat , last ..if you like the real spanish ambiance ..go to "olas de cholate" for a late breakfast superb quality but noisy.. 4// Last ..do enjoy the spa ;;I its really well priced and it is a vast place that is superb and if you like it ..make a massage with "laura" she is a superb osteo or Fysio dn doind a great job.

We spent a lovely week in Alcossebre in January. We had a family sea-front apartment and it was amazing. It was a corner room so we had 2 balconies. Everything is super clean and new. The view from the apartment was fantastic. The staff is very kind and super friendly. We used the spa a few times and they opened it only for us (two parents and two kids). The weather was beautiful for January (sunshine every day and temperatures around 15 degrees). Alcossebre is small and lovely, it is a summer town which must be very busy during summer season, but in winter is totally laid back. There were several restaurants open (great quality as they were frequented by locals), shops etc. The building is situated right in front of a gorgeous beach, ideal for long walks, jogging, cycling etc. The building has an underground garage which we used at 5EUR per day, although frankly it is probably not needed during winter time as there are plenty of parking spaces next to the building. Location is very peaceful. Totally recommend it and quite likely to come back. Valencia is 1hr away and Barcelona is 2hr away. There is also a lovely town Peniscola about 30min to the north.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Alcossebre Sea Experience. The apartment/hotel is just beautifully done to a very high spec, and has been very carefully thought out so you have everything you need. They even give you toiletries, breakfast stuff and some cleaning bits which is amazing for self catering!
We had a front sea view which was amazing, especially as we had great weather for December and could sit out most of the time.
All the staff were very helpful and friendly, everything was spotless, comfortable and modern. Great value for money.

Great place to stay. Very clean, apartments have everything you need in them and are decorated well. Lovely swimming pools - a tad cold as it’s only April. The rooftop bar and pool with cabana beds is lovely. We splashed out and paid for an hour in the indoor spa pool each day as my son did find the outdoor pools too cold to stay in for any length of time. The staff are lovely. Couldn’t be any closer to the beach . We’ve been coming to Alcossebre for 20 years and it’s just lovely - perfect for families.

This was my first time staying at Alcossebre Sea Experience and it didn't disappoint. All staff were amazing and went above and beyond to provide an excellent service with friendly smiles included. The whole building is spotless and rooms are spacious and provide everything you need. We went there as a family and found the only thing missing was a dishwasher, which wasn't a problem as we ate out every day, however we were happy to receive a welcome pack on arrival, which included fruit, bottled water, milk etc and a cleaning pack, those gestures go a long way in making your arrival go smoothly, especially if you have been travelling for a while. I can't recommend this place highly enough, even the location is perfect!! Thanks for making our stay wonderful!! We will be back !!

I just don’t get why people like this place so much. At the time of booking I requested the sunny side to have a balcony in the sun only to be given one on the shade side. Just tell me at the time of booking that it can’t be done and I would stay elsewhere. The receptionist was hopeless. We arrived early in the morning and left our bags at reception. I asked when we might be able to check in and was told to come back at 2pm only to then be told check in is not available till 4pm. I get that 4pm is your advertised check in time but don’t give people false hope of an early check in. Its advertised as having 3 pools with no mention that the indoor heated pool is charged at 12 euro per person per 55 minutes. This is the only useable pool in the winter. The rooms are fine but nothing more than fine. We had a 2 bedroom apartment but it only has a sofa for 2 people. Fine for us as there were only 2 people, but if you were a family of 4 where should everyone sit?

This is my 4th stay at this Aparthotel and have already booked to go back.
Staff: The staff are excellent as they always make you feel welcome by greeting you with a smile and saying good morning/ good afternoon whenever you see them.
Cleanliness: The cleanliness is impeccable from the rooms, the sky bar, spa, communal areas, lifts, every staircase and walkway.
Location: It is within a 2 minute walk to a lovely sandy beach, local Spa supermarket is 10 minute walk and there is numerous restaurants within walking distance.
Spa: This consists of hydrotherapy pool, sauna, steam room and massaging jet showers. It is really reasonably priced.
Pools: Infinity pool on the roof and children’s and larger pool on the ground floor.
Rooms: They are spacious and have everything you need in the kitchen. As I have mentioned before they are very clean and the cleaning team do a great job.

Just coming to the end of a two week holiday and have thoroughly enjoyed it. This is a great place to visit as the apartments are very clean and have all of the resources you need. The roof top bar is great the the drinks prices are very reasonable. All of the staff but would like to give a special mention to the the bar staff Maria and Begoña as they always make your feel welcome with a smile and are always very helpful. It is a two minute walk from the beach and there are numerous restaurants within a 10 minute walk.

What a fantastic apartment! It is so clean and a well maintained property. Every member of staff is helpful, courteous and kind.
Mandy was so welcoming and informative despite our late check in time. I had messaged a few days prior (via WhatsApp) to inform of our late arrival time of 11pm, and as we were driving down she even messaged to see how our trip was going etc, reassuring there was no pressure and to take our time.
We stayed for a week mid May in a ground floor (117) with terrace. We have 3 children and the extra outdoor floor space is a great bonus. The pool and area were quiet as the season is still only opening up. However it was exactly the quiet, family holiday I enjoyed.
The pool, and indoor areas are spotless. The cleaning staff are meticulous. Well done!
The beach is so close, and the walk to the town is a pleasure. The town has a lot of great restaurants and we cannot wait to return.
We will definitely be back to Sea Experience!

It will be too cold to swim in the outside pool or the sea but the hotel has a lovely little indoor pool. It costs extra (14 EUR for adult and one child, so if you are 2 adults and 2 children you will pay 28EUR per time), but it is a lot of fun. We used it and liked it a lot. I would pack some blankets / beach towels as you might be able to spend some time on the beach.
There are more places to choose from in the Alcossebre area.
