Lovely hotel. Never stayed in such a clean hotel so thank you to the lovely cleaners who do an amazing job. Pool areas lovely and pool area toilets spotless. We went for 14 nights all inclusive drinks were fine and food was good. Only negative all inclusive snack bar is shocking with very little choice and what you do get is very low standard. Entertainment was good and animation team brilliant made our holiday. Did notice towards end of holiday all inclusive guests were being treat differently to paying guests waiting for food and drinks while paying guests certain members of staff were running round them. All in all a good relaxing holiday

Recently returned from this hotel, stayed all inclusive for one week. The food is nice - the all inclusive buffet caters for everyone always something there to eat but can get repetitive like most all inclusive buffets. The pool bar had food which was nice too, the portions are smaller compared to the guests that aren't all inclusive but can always go back to the bar and order more food. I don't think that the staff treat non all inclusive guests better than all inclusive like some people have stated on reviews on here. The drinks are fine most spirits under all inclusive, cocktails also good. Two lots of entertainment going on in the nights by the pool bar and outside by the front entrance, waiter service was great in the nights never waited that long for a drink and as soon as the glass is empty staff come over and take your order straight away more often or not. Staff are lovely and friendly, my sun lounger had a screw loose one day and I didn't notice - the lifeguard came straight over to fix it. The rooms were spacious and clean, we had a room over looking the pool 378 and it was a gorgeous view. The sun only stays on one part of the main pool area all day which is a downside but there are many pools there including a roof top pool which is beautiful. Apparently your not allowed to reserve sunbeds but everyone was putting towels down on the table by the side and nothing was said although had to get up early to reserve a good spot. The hotel is in a nice location if you walk down the hill your right on the beach and by all the bars and restaurants. All in all we had a great holiday, it's lovely hotel, would definitely return.

Wow what an amazing hotel. We have just returned from a 10 day break staying all inclusive. You cannot fault this hotel. The food was lovely. I am a fussy eater, but I always found something to eat. The drinks were perfect and the bar staff were so efficient. The staff are a credit to this hotel. I have never stayed anywhere where all of the staff are so lovely and friendly. This hotel is absolutely immaculate. The cleaners work so hard keeping everywhere spotless and they were all so lovely. We absolutely loved the adult only roof top terrace. This really made our holiday. It’s beautiful with a lovely bar and amazing views. The entertainment was very good. We opted to sit at the front of the hotel and the entertainment was very good. There is plenty to do if you have children. With entertainment in the day for them and a mini disco at night for them. The only downside was the reserving of sun loungers on the roof terrace with people coming to their loungers in the afternoon, but this happens everywhere!! Cannot wait to return and would recommend a stay at this hotel.

I visited with my sister the first week in October on a bed and breakfast basis, we chose this as we wanted to eat out on an evening, do experience the restaurants on the front and to the left of Adeje. We stayed in a pool view room on the 1st floor, room was spacious, extremely clean and the bed were one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever stayed in! The rooms were cleaned everyday the cleaners work extremely hard! The reception staff are very helpful and friendly. We didn’t stay around the bottom poolside we opted for the adult roof top Pool most afternoons which has amazing views of the mountains and the sea front. We definitely be visiting again in the future. And have to say breakfasts were also one of the best I’ve had, and I’ve stayed at lots of hotels I Adeje! Well done GF Fanabe!!

We have been to this hotel several times, it is nice and clean they are very covid conscious masks to be worn everywhere, u do forget in the restaurant, i will go again but it would be bed and breakfast not half board, we swapped evening meal for lunch a couple of times that isnt worth eating. All the employees are very pleasent and helpful. You pay at reception for all your drinks on the last day,. But we found out someone had gone in the restaurant and bought lots of beer and wine on my account and used other facilities, we had to prove it wasn't us but how does this happen. So keep your recieipts
