This is the 11th or maybe 12th time we've visited this hotel over the past 17 years. Although it's schools half term and it was very busy, the hotel still shines beautifully. It's a very big property on the front between, the more built up area of Adeje and the small town of La Caleta (which is a 10 minute walk away.) The property has two very large pools, one freshwater (and a little warmer) and one saltwater. It's good to see that both were welcoming children now and their various inflatables of all shapes and sizes. The best part of this hotel remains its people. They are genuinely beautiful. So many of them came up to my family and greeted us with such genuine warmth, it was lovely. Persons I like to mention are: Kristina B - on reservations. The holiday starts positively with the booking and she always goes out of her way to support me as best that she can. Maria - Bonvoy Desk. Remains as wonderful as ever but I need COVID to go so I can her wonderful smile and give her a big hug Karim, Maria, Ruben - Club Breakfast. These three are simply wonderful. If I could pick them up and fit them in my case I'd take them home with me. Every morning they know where you want to sit and even what style of coffee you want. So professional. Philippe and Mamidoo - Gorita Bar. Due to a bit of a health kick I didn't see as much of the chaps as I normally do but they are still fab. Coral Bar Staff - All off them. Sorry, so many of you working there and I didn't like to stare at your badges but you were all brill. Joe from Belfast is still a top bloke. I've been taking my family here since my oldest son was 7 months old and the hotel was the same age. 17 years later they are 17 and 13 and the hotel successfully draws up back. Thanks lovely people. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We really enjoyed our stay. Every member of staff we met, without fail, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. We had dinner in the buffet restaurant, Spanish restaurant twice and once in the Japanese restaurant. We enjoyed the food in all of them though the food in the Japanese restaurant could have been warmer, but we accept this was because the restaurant had been moved upstairs. We liked the fact that there were plenty of other restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was great in the buffet restaurant, but we preferred the breakfast at the poolside which was quieter. The staff at the lobby bar were great and we enjoyed our pre and post dinner drinks there. We would happily return to the hotel. The only thing we found odd was the fact dirty pool towels weren't removed in the evening and no one appeared to have responsibility for cleaning away rubbish from the concrete and grassy areas In front of the salt water pool. The reserving of sunbeds was also irritating. Beds reserved from before 8am then not used until late afternoon.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel which is ideally situated close to the beach & the beautiful bay of La Caleta which has an extensive choice of restaurants. The breakfast was very good with multiple choices at the buffet. Throughout the hotel the staff were extremely good & very helpful with a special mention for Joe at the pool side bar & also reception for printing all our Covid travel documents. The HAPPY HOUR service at the Terrace bar between 6pm & 8pm with entertainment is really worth a visit & the staff here really excelled. We will look forward to our next visit.

Ive done a review before on the Sheraton La Caleta. Since i hadn't been in a while due to Covid, i thought i would post another review. Firstly Thomas Seher who took care off my booking, i had already booked twice but had to cancel due to covid restrictions. Third time lucky and thanks to Thomas and his patience we got there in the end. Its always good to see all the old staff still there. Thats always a good sign especially in these difficult times. It was just like we had never been away. Rooms are still amazing, pools are still amazing, breakfast is still amazing. And most importantly the staff are still amazing. There is only one negative....we had to come home! Thanks Sheraton La Caleta, we will see you again soon.
