Everywhere I go I always write a review and I only ever give honest reviews. I normally go 5star if I can but due to a very last minute booking I chose this hotel.... Amazing!!! That's the only word for it, I am so annoyingly choosy and I have got to say up to now I can not find any fault with it, which is killing me haha!! The place is absolutely spotless I've never seen so many people working tying to keep a place clean everywhere you go there's always someone cleaning. The food is gorgeous and I am a very fussy eater.... it caters for every appetite. I'm here with an 81 year mother and a 9 year old daughter and Trust me there was something for everyone. Staff were gorgeous, every single one of them from the minute we arrived the receptionist changed our room for ease because my mum has mobility problems. Kids facilities are amazing even the adults were on the water slides. Drinks were fab, never been to an all inclusive and the drinks weren't watered down... the drinks here are 100% legit I've had a few hangovers to vouch for that... And no sunbed wars here seriously I went down on the first day at 8.30am and omg I was shocked, loads of beds available maybe I've been lucky and I've come at a time when there's been normal folk here none of these d******s who get up at 6am they seriously need to get a life and just have a lay in and enjoy their holidays. The beach is a 5 min walk away and the place itself is pretty central to everything. The evening entertainment is great, yes you do have to sit on a sunbed but hey ho who cares you're on your holidays and you're overlooking the sea in 25 degree heat who cares stop moaning!!!! First time in tenerife and I recon it'll take alot to beat this place, with a couple of little tweaks it's defo a 5* even now it should be a 4 star plus. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Defo come again. Highly highly recommended …
I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights with my friend last weekend. We had upgraded from a double bed and breakfast to prestige double room in good location with sea view. This was upgraded before we started the trip. We arrived at the hotel along the street the hotel has a large car park and barrier which I assume was difficult for a large bus to get in and out, the walk to the hotel was very short and no problem. Reception staff At first on check in we waited a short while at the prestige desk that was unattended, then we joined the queue at the normal desk and waited our turn, it was a little underwhelming as other hotels can give you the vip treatment as soon as you get to the hotel, we also had a mix up with the room, our paperwork was correct with the upgraded room, the hotel challenged us then eventually went to discuss with manager, the room was shortly changed to prestige and we felt the receptionist was a little more nicer to us at that point. He offered us another welcome drink and as we didn’t like the cava he went and got us some orange juice. The welcome drink is a nice touch, it would be good if the hotel gave a option even if it was just water rather than just cava. We felt nothing had been explained to us regarding the prestige (probably because it wasn’t the right reception). We did ask for information and marvel took us to the prestige desk to wait for someone to come and discuss the hotel features, no one came so marvel kindly gave us some information on where the vip sections were. I think it would be good if some information would be given around the facilities at check in as there was none in the bedroom. We used reception multiple times throughout our stay, the reception booked us a taxi to go to the market, they gave us information on our departure transfer, happily printed off our location forms for the airport.assisted when our key card would not work and helped us book the spa. Alex in particular was very helpful and a credit to the hotel reception. The bedroom We stayed in 1020 it was a nice size with very comfortable beds, adequate lighting, a beautiful bathroom and a balcony, the view was beautiful although we felt it was a side sea view rather than a sea view, and we also found the wall for the balcony was very high, it would be nice if the wall was lower or had glass so you can appreciate the views whilst sitting on the balcony. We had slippers and a dressing gown in the room, and lots of toiletries I didn’t try the toiletries as I had brought my own I imagine they would of been very nice. The shower was always hot and nice to be in. We also had sweets and nuts in the room beside the coffee maker, with coffee pods , we did eat the food but didn’t try the coffee, also the mini fridge was stocked on arrival with bottled lager, water, fruit juice and coke,Fanta. We didn’t have any milk in the fridge for the coffee although it wasn’t a problem as we didn’t drink it. The tv was large with 2 English channels on. We did find the hearing/air conditioner difficult to work with no instructions and when we had it on the coldest setting it wasn’t really cold, wasn’t a big issue for us but I imagine it could be in warmer months. We also got a free sage in the room which we didn’t use due to not setting it up Correctly again there was no instructions to help us do this. We especially liked the water bottle in the room to fill up as and when each floor had a water station. And we also found the lady delivering clean pool towels at 6pm a nice extra, she always brought a couple of chocolates with them. The room/hotel is plastic free this was very nice to see. We did not use all the pools the main pool got busy when it was hot and the children pool looked amazing. We also did not use the games room due to us not having children in our party. Vip prestige sections We did try all areas and have to say we were impressed, very quiet perfect for relaxing, the spa pools were warm and very pleasant to sit in.the outdoor vip sections had mini fridges well stocked with waters and soft drinks/beers they were regular replenished. I loved that the prestige loungers had a nice thick mattress on and cushions also there were Bali beds available. The prestige lounge was great, it had a open bar that was available until 6pm again well stocked with premium drinks, this room also had snacks available, a range of fruit, yogurts, cakes and sandwiches, the only thing I would change would be more selection for vegetarians in regards to the sandwiches. Breakfast was amazing so much choice, I had a omelette and it was beautiful, so much selection, English fried breakfast, waffles, cereals, breads and jams, meats cheese yogurts, lots of chefs around cooking things fresh, plates moved and tables cleaned very quick, We sat outside in the prestige area it had a nicer appeal with table cloths and nicely presented tables. I also had a spillage and the chef couldn’t be more helpful, I wanted to clean it up and he was very insistent that he did. We did not have any other meals in the hotel. Bar We bought a drink at the bar it was charged to our room, this was fine although we didn’t know how much the drinks were it would be good to have a menu with price list available for the non all inclusive guests. Spa We booked the spa through Alex he was very informative about the services, cost and how we pay, we didn’t know we got discount for being prestige,25% discount was amazing, I had a 30 minute back massage and can only say the lady who did this was amazing, it was the best massage I’ve ever had, she was very nice, it was a beautifully relaxing experience, I will return for this. The hotel had 4 main lifts we never waited too long to get in one, the hotel was clean everywhere and we continuously saw staff sanitising and washing. There was s porter who helped us take our luggage to the room this was also a very nice extra, lots of seating throughout the hotel, the hotel definitely had a feeling of class everywhere. And lots of beautiful views. I can not stress how good this hotel is my critical points are more small things that could be improved I loved my stay here and I will return, with my family and also with friends for the prestige. Thank you for a fantastic holiday…
I cannot praise this wonderful hotel enough! We’ve just got back from our first family holiday in many years and have had the best week ever. This hotel is perfect for families and children. It is spotlessly clean (including the pool contrary to the previous review!) with staff constantly working hard to clean it. The food was amazing with lots of choice for both adults and kids and there was plenty of opportunity to vary up what you eat each day. We were all inclusive which meant we had 3 meals a day and drinks on tap. The pools were fantastic with a choice of two plus a kids pool with slides which was very popular with my two children. Another review says you aren’t allowed inflatables in the pool; this is not correct, I bought two from the shop in the hotel and we used them all week. There was also daily entertainment around the pool including a couple of shows, live music and daily dance/aerobics in the pool. The air conditioning in the room worked perfectly all week which was a god send. All in all the hotel is a very well oiled machine in terms of service and the staff can’t do enough for you. We’ve had the best week ever and plan to be back to this fab hotel next year.…
This is a very nice Hotel but misses the mark in a couple of areas. On first arrival we (Family group of 8) were given a nice sparkling Cava whilst we checked in to our 4 rooms. This was around 9pm and we had been travelling all day so was most welcome. We were however hungry and were told that we could go to the restaurant at 10:15 pm for a limited selection which turned out to be just that! Some bread and some cold meat. Slightly disappointing as we have certainly been in the restaurant after 9 and could have gone straight there for decent food. We were also not advised at check in on procedures for towels etc and we felt that we were constantly going to reception to ask something! The food selection in the hotel is good but becomes a little repetitive. I have come to accept this from the all inclusive resorts I have been to. Plenty choice but I tend to feel a little hemmed in when we go all inclusive. Especially with a large group. Rooms were nice however the air conditioning was shocking, in the room it did not function properly, I was told to ensure the patio door was shut as there was a sensor. This seemed to make it function but we constantly woke in the night due to the heat. The air con just would not get ‘cold’ in room 247! Made sleeping difficult. Public areas are nice, very clean but again air conditioning is seriously lacking. It was near impossible to find a comfortable temperature throughout the hotel. Serving and cleaning staff are very good and very polite and helpful. Lifts! The lifts in the hotel are a nightmare. Only 4 and constantly waiting on them appearing in a non air conditioned area was extremely uncomfortable. Took the stairs more often that not as the lifts were so slow to arrive and when they did they were full!. Pool area is nice and clean and loungers are plentiful however the pool did not feel the cleanest! Of course it was not ‘Dirty’ but I guess with the amount of users and sun tan lotion etc. It just felt a little ‘Icky’. Check out! Easy, but too early! Our flight was not until late! We were given a courtesy room to shower, but the shower was broken and no air con! This was room 104. Holiday was good, just a few minor niggles that unfortunately tainted it slightly for us.…
The staff are all amazing, we had a a fabulous holiday the rooms are spacious and so clean there was no faults at all 5 stars isn’t enough!!The food was delicious and so much variety. Great location and so close to the beach. The entertainment team made the holiday they were absolutely brilliant there was so much to do day and night and they were all so kind and the shows put on were just beyond words it’s perfect for all families and couples would 100% go for a 3rd time 10/10
Spent 5 days at the hotel as a family of 4. Hotel is well situated, 20 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes to the beach, 10 minutes to the water park. All staff were polite and friendly and the hotel is kept clean and tidy at all times. The rooms are modern and comfortable with plenty of space. We went all inclusive and we found that there was plenty of choice in the dinning hall during the whole day. There are lots of sun beds around the 2 pools, yes some people get up and reserve a bed at 7.30am but most people don’t. We never had a problem getting a space during our time there. The kids loved the water slides and swimming pool. We will definitely be going back next year.
We stayed here for 10 days and absolutely loved it. The hotel is spotless - from the rooms to the pool area and everything in between. The food is varied and of a good standard. All inclusive drinks were fab. Staff very helpful and welcoming. My 6 year old absolutely loved the water slides and games room. There is always something going on in terms of activities and entertainment too. A wonderful holiday would definitely stay again
The staff was very nice, the hotel and the rooms were very clean, the food was amazing and the entertainers were very funny and professional. We are for sure going back here if we end up in Tenerife again. Muchos Gracias :)
What a fantastic holiday, the hotel is spotless. The cleaning staff, bar staff, reception staff, bar staff and entertainment team all work incredably hard and are so friendly. We did go star prestige, for us we did think it was worth it, special area with cabanas and cushions on sunbeds plus no sunbed wars in a morning, own jacuzzi and waterfall type plunge pool, plus fridges with all differant alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. Coffee machine In the room, the pods are topped up daily plus nuts and sweets, dressing gowns and slippers. Also section of the dining room that's only for star prestige this is also worth it as the dining room does get very busy, people who were sitting In this section that wernt supposed to be were (in a very friendly way) moved to the correct area. Plus charging ports for mobile phones so no plug needed. The room and view wasn't really any differant from all the other rooms but this didn't bother me! If this is one of your reasons to go star prestige then don't bother. Also don't have to pay a deposit for pool towels and also no charge for safe. Drinks fabulous most branded drinks. Mojito my absolute favourite. Food amazing nothing they don't do, defo won't go hungry. Tv Has ITV, BBC and also Sky sports 1&2. If I was to criticise anything it would just be that there are only 3 lifts for a massive hotel they do get busy. Also the amount of rude guests, pushing in and generaly ignorant but that is not the hotels fault, just seems people leave there manners at home 🙄. Overall amazing hotel.…
Everything was absolutely wonderful, we couldn't fault it. The staff are all lovely, attentive and friendly, the rooms and common areas are spotless, and there's nothing we'd change. Also, the food is absolutely out of this world! It's been a dream holiday and I hope we can come back one day!
