Bad service from the start, air con played up 5 times in three weeks resulting in my son tripping on the water and landing on his back, went to hospital as all hotel said was ok, They didn’t even call for someone like a doctor or hospital and then they gave me fruit as a present for hurting my son, you get more air out of a fan at home and at to have door open for room to cool down.Food was disgusting and my oldest son wouldn’t eat there. The food was all mixed up and not tasty at all, like pork and olive pizza, fried meat so what ever that was and if they done fresh meet you can guarantee in would be in some sort of stew the next day. One day I asked if they could make a plain pasta with a tomato baste and was told a flat out no, spoke to manager and TUI and said would change but never did, tried charging me for drinks I never had for my son that refuse to come down as he said it was pointless so I at to pay for his food everynight. Fridge €25 a week to rent which is mad for a 4star hotel and also have. To rent a safe too. Overall experience is I would go back to Tenerife but never to this hotel because 4star it is not more like 1star/2 star at most, now back in the uk and having to take my son straight to A&E to check and see if he has done any damage to his back or head as hospital over there did not scan him. They never checked to see if he was ok and when I went downstairs someone was always complaining about something. Very bad hotel, we have had many holidays all over and would never stay in this one again.

Nice clean hotel on the whole. All inclusive food was incredible! Rooms were spacious and location is amazing! However we were extremely disappointed at the way you have to pay for use of the fridge and safe - especially as it was a 4 star hotel? Also the staff at times seemed very stressed , maybe due to understaffing I’m not sure. I was also extremely disappointed with the way that non all inclusive guests get served before all inclusive at the bar? They got to skip the queue, which to me was wrong. Also, upon check out at the end of our trip we got charged €30 for drinks that we had at the bar that were apparently not included in the all inclusive. However, the receptionist was unable to tell us when and what these drinks were , and we were sure we had only being ordering inclusive drinks. Due to having a flight to catch , we had to just pay with no time to investigate this. Not the worst hotel , but will not be staying again.

The food is tasteless and terrible, chicken undercooked Once, no fridge in the room you have to rent one- thats not like a 4 star hotel. Terrible animicion nothing for older people, rooms are old, my towel got stolen from a room. You can here the nightlife blasting in if you got a room poolside, and the water at the hotel restaurant is overpriced. There is also this horrific puke smell in the pool garden wich was supposed to be fixed nine months ago if the reviews are legit
