We recently enjoyed our wedding at the Hotel with 73 guests. The hotel was beautiful with amazing sunset views from our room. The food was great and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Thank you to Alicia, Michael and the Las Rocas Beach Club team, Giuseppe at the sunset bar and Yare at the World Cafe for making our stay so special. Eating at the Las Rocas Beach club is a must! We will be back for our 1 year anniversary and we will recommend this place to anyone thinking of staying in Sunny Tenerife.
What a wonderful hotel, feels like a 5 star. Very modern throughout, it was very quiet due to the Covid but we preferred this. Loads of sun lounges available and no que at breakfast time. Breakfast had plenty of choices, the staff was all lovely and friendly . The drinks aren’t cheap but we expected this with the standard of the hotel, cocktails are lovely! There was 2 restaurants open and 1 bar whilst we was there. It was a shame the main evening bar wasn’t open as that looked lovely with the piano, no entertainment obviously but this doesnt bother us we venture out at night. We booked a suite and would defeinrly recommend them, large comfy bed. Huge bathroom with shower and large bath. Classy, peaceful hotel and I would love to stay again.
We are very positive about our stay. The hotel is very beautiful, plenty of space at the 2 pools and big, clean rooms. Breakfast is very good, lots of choice and pretty good quality food compared to other hotels we have been. Also the staff is very nice and helpful.
Not only are your mocktails the most overpriced drink the lady serving them at the top bar is just petty! I asked for crushed ice instead of normal, she said NO that's not for this cocktail. REALLY its just ice and the man yesterday gave me crushed ice and he also gave me a whole bottle of ginger beer and she gave me the tiniest bit! Honestly so rude. I suggest you move her to another part of the hotel to work. €7.50 for this drink and its terrible. I asked for the round glass and again she said no, even though that's how it was given to me yesterday. What happened to letting the customer have what she asks for especially when it's €7.50. I know this must seem like a childish post but she was soooo rude and not very accommodating. Never mind, it was a lovely stay, shame she ruined it.…
This was our first time at this hotel and it was a fabulous place. On arrival we had been delayed and missed dinner but in our room there was a selection of food left for us which was a really nice thoughtful touch. The room (pool view) was a good size, quality, lots of extra touches and spotlessly clean. It lives up to its name of Tropical Garden because that is exactly what the place is, with a beautiful pool running through the middle. Different bars and restaurants around the hotel plus an added bonus of a lower level sunbathing terrace and pool. We stayed half board and the breakfast/dinner was fantastic with lots of choice and fresh food. The staff were really helpful and friendly especially in the restaurant where nothing was a problem and they constantly cleared the tables. Location is good as there is a back gate which leads on to the seafront walk either way to Playa or Adeje with bars and cafes along the way. The only two moans I could have is that the evening entertainment was almost non existent so do not expect a lively hotel. Secondly drinks prices are excessive, we paid €14 in the bar for a beer and gin/lemon. Although after all I would definitely recommend this 5 * hotel and will return when in Tenerife again.…
The hotel was brilliant and the staff are really helpful. The pool area is really nice and the setting is great with plenty of beds good access out of the hotel to the rear and to the seawater pool which is very cold by the way but very nice.. The choice of breakfast is excellent and the quality is fantastic always plenty of places to sit, staff again always very helpful. My one gripe would be that the bar was closed quite early in the evening and we charged €7 for a latte I thought was outrageous
We wanted to try this restaurant since the first night and we went there on out let evening in Tenerife to make it memorable. The view is breathtaking, the food was really nice too! For a romantic dinner it is the best place!
Had a fabulous stay at this hotel. Rooms were more than expected and spotlessly clean. Very friendly staff throughout the hotel. Food in all restaurants was amazing. Never had a disappointing meal. Can fully recommend
This restaurant is an absolute must if you are staying in Costa Adeje. Absolutely amazing views - nearly every table has a sea view and very reasonably priced. We went at 7.30 and were lucky to get to see the sunset. Food was 10/10, not many choices but I think it’s all about the quality here rather than quantity! We got the garlic prawns to start followed by the fish with some Canarian potatoes and side salad recommended by Michelle who was very attentive and friendly. There was also 2 other lovely waiters although I didn’t catch there names. We will definitely be coming back here if we come back to Tenerife!
Outstanding hotel, feels like a full 5 star experience. Greeted with a warm welcome at reception and offered champagne on arrival. Escorted exclusively to the room and another bottle of wine waiting for us when we got there. The room was top notch and had all the necessities we needed. The rooms were cleaned and beds made again through the day. Drinks are a little pricey but they are worth the expense however there are plenty of cheaper bars and restaurants within meters on the promenade. All the staff are really friendly and helpful and we haven’t experienced any snobbyness. The rest of the hotel and the pools are superb and we will definitely be visiting again.
