We stayed here for 9 nights and were very happy with our choice! Every member of the staff, with no exceptions, was very pleasant and did everything they could to make us happy. The breakfast is incredibly rich and we enjoyed the possibility to have it in our room a couple of times. The room with the garden view was of a nice size and the balcony felt very private. Overall, even though it is a hotel (and therefore full of tourists), it felt private and not mass-touristy in any way. The only thing that we had some trouble with in the first night, was that we could hear every single word that was spoken in the room next to ours, but that may have been because of the connector doors (or maybe they were exceptionally loud). We very much enjoyed staying here, thank you!

This is my fourth visit to the hotel and it never fails to meet and exceed my expectations. we have now stayed in a number of different rooms and have never been disappointed with the quality of service, the cleanliness and the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. One of the main reason for going is the varied and quality of restaurant. with improves each time my favourite being the Brasserie. it is a hotel that I have no hesitation in recommending to others.

One of my favourite holidays. Excellent hotel, with large grounds, multiple pools and nine restaurants - all serving good food. Right on the beach. The Casas Ducales is worth the extra. If you want to hide away from everyone then you could consider a villa, but for those wanting a more social holiday with easy access to facilities, Casas Ducales offers the perfect blend of opulence and accessibility. I’d rather have a suite here instead. Wonderful breakfast in the lounge, cooked to order (not restricted to continental as suggested on the website). Hector took great care of us,

I’m not someone who no really goes on resort holidays so was a bit apprehensive about a week’s stay in this resort in Tenerife. However, o was very pleasantly surprised - it’s a lovely location with tropical gardens down the hillside to the (public) beach. Lots of different areas in the grounds means it didn’t feel as busy as it was. We had a standard garden view room which was quiet, perfectly spacious, and had very comfy beds. I’m not sure I would have wanted a room overlooking the restaurants, particularly the one with the resort entertainment, so ask for a quiet room if that bothers you. We tried most of the restaurants - mostly good and we loved Kensei. The Tuna sashimi there was excellent, as were all the nigiri and maki we tried, and the staff were lovely and went out of their way to make a return trip enjoyable. Less impressed with the Brasserie- my partner had a turbot dish that was over cooked and tasteless (my salmon was fine). We also went out for dinner a few times - restaurants in nearby La Caleta have great locations. Service throughout the hotel was excellent- the concierge was very helpful in organising trips out for us and all staff were friendly and attentive. All in all a lovely stay in a great resort.
