I enjoyed my stay a lot. On arrival, I was greeted at my vehicle and shown to my room. The room was spotless and well maintained. I had a very nice ocean view from my room. The food was delicious and the staff friendly, we had nice chats.

Pictures r deceiving, this place is old and run down, no privacy, it's very tiny and shabby, no facilities at all. Not even worth R500, it's a 2 star hotel. Linen doesn't seem washed, no satellite channels. The photographer deserves an award for deceiving pictures

Hello Nitasha We are sorry to read your review. As we are a B&B is it to be expected that other guests are at Wailana and privacy is in the eye of the beholder. We always wash the linen at a guests change over. We have the DSTV hospitality bouquet in all the rooms. We trust you will find many suitable accommodation in the future. Best regards Rene & Renata

These people are uneducated about hosting and very racist and show poor service but the location was beautiful just hosts was very racist and prejudice.I would advise people to choose another place rather than wailana it is not good to black people, service is old school Nd lack technological upgrades,We are from Cape Town and have a very bad impression of Ramsgate because of the racism we felt.

Hello Andiswa We are sorry to read your review. We do not know what old school service means to you and are definitely not racist. We are a Swiss couple and have nothing to do with your history and probably have more foreigners of all colors in the county we come from. As it was holiday season might we not had the time to attend to everyone as you would have liked. We live on the South Coast and not in Cape Town so the technology has not reach the "slow coast" yet. Best regards Rene & Renata
