Everyone at the hotel went above and beyond for us. We were greeted with champagne from Georgia who had such welcoming energy. We were on a girls trip and Thanos made sure we were always taken care of with transportation or looking for night life. Yiannis our driver was always there to pick us up or take us where we needed. His answer is always yes. Every night before we went out and after, we ended up at the lobby bar with Antonis because of his talented drink making skills and great conversation. If you’re looking for laughs, he’s your guy. Yiannis and Oreo took care of our crazy amounts of luggage. Spiros was wonderful tending bar by the pool, every 20 mins had tequila shots for us per our request. George gave me the most relaxing massage I’ve ever had. Anastasia our house keeper gave us immediate service whenever we needed extra towels, which we always asked for, or extra ice and glasses. They weren’t lying when they said they pride themselves on their breakfast. It was the most extravagant breakfast buffet I’ve ever had. And impeccable service. Christos in the night shift tried so hard to help me with food from the late night menu and my gluten allergy. Even tho it didn’t work out we had so many laughs and I thanked him so much for trying. We all said once we’ve been to a hotel, we are ready to move on to other places. But we agreed that we will DEFINITELY be coming back to the Pallidium.

My wife and I enjoyed some Greek island hopping this summer (August/September 2020) and stayed at this fabulous hotel during our visit to Mykonos. Our experience was exemplary and we highly recommend this hotel.

Firstly, in the era of Covid-19, we have to cover cleanliness and hygiene and The Palladium was impeccable. The rooms were ultra-clean, the common areas such as the reception, pool and breakfast dining areas were spotless and the staff extremely safety-conscious throughout, from wearing masks at all times, to handling all food and drinks with gloves and tongs. This put our minds at ease and helped us get into ‘holiday mode’ quickly.

Turning to the hotel now, we were equally delighted. Our room was spacious, elegantly furnished and the private pool was a treat after a hot day exploring the island. The breakfasts were tasty and fresh, with a wide variety of options available, and the room service food options were excellent.

Great facilities aside, a hotel is only as good as its staff and here, we were particularly impressed. The Palladium staff made our stay special, were very accommodating and considerate throughout and we will definitely be returning. A big ‘thank you’ to Thanos and the Palladium staff and we hope to see you again soon.

What a hotel! Everything about this place was unbelievable. The service throughout the whole stay was on top form. The staff were so friendly and attentive. I’ve stayed in many hotels around the world and I can honestly say that this is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. Location was perfect and right close to Nammos (a must go). I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Mykonos. The rooms were cleaned to a very high standard, fresh towels twice a day, breakfast had such a good choice on the buffet and the pool area was always easy to get a bed and the waiter/waitress around the pool always checked in to see if we needed anything. 10/10 for everything from us. Thank you for a memorable stay.

This hotel has a fantastic team who make you feel welcome from the beginning. We arrived having spent 3 nights at Petinos in floods of tears due to the terrible service, this was our honeymoon trip and we had experienced rude service and whenever we mentioned our honeymoon to any staff they shrugged. However as soon as Thanos & Georgia (Palladium staff) met us they took such good care of us and treated us with kindness, making us feel like this was our special honeymoon trip.

Welcome drinks, guided tour of the hotel, information and recommendations on the island on top of being in a beautiful setting was absolutely fantastic. Once we explained that we had hardly any sleep due to drunk people at the previous hotel, they placed us in a quiet room at the back of the hotel, an upgrade to the room we’d booked. This is what makes excellent service, listening to your client and understanding their needs and tailoring the hotel experience for them as individuals.

The room was marvellous. Fabulous decor, great facilities, there was nothing more we could want. Extremely clean and the whole place smells gorgeous.
The cleaning team are so smiley too, wishing us a good morning (again at the previous place which was just £150 cheaper overall and with 4 stars, most of the staff looked miserable and made no effort to hide this from guests).

Then the breakfast… sparkling wine, barista coffee, so much variety from the fried English breakfast to American pancakes to Greek yoghurt to croissants. Hands down the most variety we’ve seen at a hotel breakfast buffet.

The restaurant itself is stunning too. Amazing views and they have a large cage feature with beautiful birds singing.

The pool area is very suitable. The beds and sun loungers extremely comfortable and the staff were so attentive! Always on hand to bring us drinks, food and to tidy away. The bar played nice chilled music too (much better than the awful trashy EDM music being pumped out along the beach strip!)

Thanos also organised a floating breakfast on our last day which again, was tailored to suit our likes. Being English, I had a floating fry up with baked beans, sausage and eggs and despite this probably being an abnormal request for this kind of service, they went above and beyond and the breakfast was incredible, clearly made by a skilled chef!

The staff were very helpful with calling taxis and transfers to the airport too and remembering when we had to get our Covid tests and organising travel to a friendly clinic.

Do not hesitate to book this hotel. We were ready to go home after staying at Petinos for the first part of our stay on the island, then when we arrived at Palladium we didn’t want to go home!! We will certainly be coming back. Absolutely nothing negative or sub-par to report. Stunning.

My friend and I stayed at the Palladium Hotel for 4 nights, and had an incredible time. The hotel itself is beautiful, the room we had was spacious with a large terrace and separate shower room. The pool area has a very chilled vibe, and was never overly busy in the time we were there, it has a mixture of day beds and individual sun beds, and we never had any problems getting one. You can get food from the pool which we had a couple of times which was great - the club sandwich was a highlight!

The real selling point of this hotel is definitely the staff, everyone we spoke to from reception & concierge to the staff in the restaurant were super friendly and helpful. Shout out to Thanos and Daphne, who really helped us with recommendations and bookings during our stay. As we were only in Mykonos for 4 days, we wanted to make sure we were making the most of our stay, and Thanos & Daphne helped us with reservations for restaurants and beach clubs which was a massive help.

Transportation is quite tough in Mykonos, we heard there are only 18 taxi's on the island, and we didn't fancy risking our lives on a quad bike, so luckily the hotel offers private transfers to Mykonos old town and the various beach clubs. Its a great service they provide, as they will take you and pick you up when you need them, however it isn't cheap. If we returned we would probably hire a car, as we did spend a lot on transfers and there was places we didn't go to because of the cost. This wouldn't be a problem if travelling in a group, but as there was only two of us it really did add up.

Breakfast in the hotel is incredible, a great selection of cooked, Greek, freshly made pancakes and omelettes etc. The ice coffee's are also a treat (and free if you get them with your breakfast :) ) and the birds in the dining room are a cute touch!

All in all, a great little hotel is you are looking to have a relaxing holiday, with a personal touch.

Thank you all again!

I don't know where to start with this place, it was absolutely fantastic.

We arrived as a party of 8, 4 couples, Last Wednesday evening, From the minute we got off the plane we were made to feel special by the hotels complimentary pick up service, which is fantastic, as it saves the hassle of getting a taxi after a long flight etc.

Once we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted with glasses of bubbly and check in was so fast and efficient. Again, the staff there were amazing, nothing is done without a smile and to make you feel special.

Me and my partner stayed in Room 108, with a huge balcony and amazing sea view, and over looking the pool also. The decor is out of this world, nothing is out of place, its so chic and modern. and the smells throughout the whole place are fantastic, the lobby and hall ways smell amazing with the diffusers they use coming through the air con.

The cleaning service is excellent, you don't just get fresh towels daily, you get fresh towels, morning, noon and night. I have never stayed in a hotel where they do this, I thought it was a great touch.

Breakfast was outstanding, it's self service but they also offer fresh omelette's to order amongst special coffee's, milkshakes, and even prosecco. The staff again, make your day the minute you walk in, So helpful, attentive, and really really friendly, I felt as though they were my friends after one day. How nice?

Poolside is perfect, the decor again, second to none, and the cleanliness is amazing, attention to detail is perfect.
The service around the pool is again amazing, the waitress Agilki (sorry if I've spelt it wrong) is lovely, she cant help you enough and nothing is a chore for her. Every drink, or snack or request is served with a smile. Which is a breath of fresh air in this current climate.

My partner and I got engaged on the Friday at CavoTagoo, and up on our return back to the hotel that night, they had a little celebration waiting for us, Champagne and Tequila's all lined up and ready. It was perfect. Daphney and Illios were fabulous, they looked after us and our whole party so so much, constantly attending to us. And also joining in on the celebrations.

We didn't fly until late on our last day, and the hotel let us keep on the rooms for a late check, all again complimentary, as was the transfers back to the airport.

I'm back home writing this, and I'm really really missing this place. I will most certainly be back next year.

Thankyou to all the staff, you were amazing.

James and Gabrielle

We just concluded our 5 night stay at the Palladium Hotel and we had the most incredible stay. The hotel sits on a beautiful hilltop with a breathtaking view of the Cove. This hotel has the best location on the island, close to everything, walking distance to beach clubs, sandy beaches and restaurants. I could sit in our balcony for days just admiring the serenity and beauty of the island. Every little detail was fully thought out: from the easy transfer from the airport, to getting us situated to the most cleanest and prettiest hotel stay. The hotel was very recently renovated and it’s stunning! The staff at the hotel is next to none, we made lifelong friends with so many incredible people who worked so hard to make our stay memorable. Thanos in the front desk is a Legend, he makes guests feel so taken care of paying attention to every detail. Moreno the driver made our transfer from and to airport a breeze while telling us so much about the island and things to do. The crew in the restaurant are amazing!!! The food is superb, more than 5 star and I’ve traveled quite a bit. They cater to every request and make quests feel like Kings and Queens. We celebrated our son’s 15th Birthday and the restaurant staff went out of their way to make him feel so special. We couldn’t be happier! Leaving the hotel was hard! YES IT’s THAT AMAZING!!! We will definitely be back to the Palladium Hotel. We will never forget our time spent here and the lifelong friends we made. Thank you Palladium Hotel for being so extraordinary! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Having visited Mykonos Town from previous cruise ship trips, this was our first time to stay on the island coming off the back of nearly 5 months of lockdown in Scotland, UK. We were met at the airport on time by an efficient staff member from the hotel and only after 10 minutes travel we were at the beautiful hotel which truly is a modern personalised boutique hotel.

Our suite was 503 which is amazing being the only suite with a private sun deck and swimming pool which is exactly what we wanted. The main swimming pool is also lovely with a choice of cabanas or luxury sun beds. In the evening our swimming pool glistened with the underwater lights against the full moon.

The indoor/outdoor restaurant was also perfect for breakfast never being too busy with the bonus of serving breakfast until 11am when your on vacation!

Above the Greek beauty and cleanliness of the hotel, every single staff member excelled in doing their job in a genuine friendly manner from the moment we arrived, from the front desk to our room attendant. Thank you all so much for an amazing time in Mykonos.

We just want the whole world to know how amazing the Palladium hotel is. Our family of six stayed here for 2 weeks and we all agreed this is the best holiday we’ve been on and best hotel we’ve stayed at. The hotel is so beautifully designed, clean and modern but cosy and comfortable all at the same time. The location is fantastic with the beach and beach clubs within a 5/10 minute walk away. The food and drink was amazing at all times with so much choice available for everyone. However, the best part were the amazing staff who felt like family, nothing was ever a problem and everyone was always so happy to help. The reception team gave us great recommendations of places for us to eat and see and the drivers George and Pedro were always happy to take us where we wanted to go. We can’t wait to stay here again, two weeks has never flown by so fast. Thank you so much the Palladium team, you’re the best!

Were met by the hotel VIP transfer at the airport and swiftly 10 minutes later were checking in to the hotel. The staff at the reception and guest relations were very friendly and helpful and even offered us a free room upgrade to a room with a hot tub. The breakfast was great full of variety of choices including freshly squizzed juices and bubbles.
We stayed by the hotel pool most days simply because of the service, variety of bar snacks, drinks and overall ambience. Every time we left the hotel we came to appreciate the service provide by all staff at Palladium even more, literally the nicest staff on the island. Helped with everything starting from directions, reservations, suggestions, events and so on. Unfortunately, due to change of plans had to leave the holiday earlier than planned, but know for sure we will be back next year and once again at the Palladium.

Answer from Thanos G
There are 2 beaches near to us. Both of them 5-6 minutes by walking. In August you need 100% reservation for the sunbeds and the restaurants because it is high season
