Came here for a 4 night stay with my girlfriend and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Staff were fabulous, very attentive and friendly from reception, to cleaners. All the facilities were high end. Room was left clean and fresh daily. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. The spa facilities and gym were great, we had a fabulous 25 minutes massage with welcoming masseuse (Ayende I think was her name) The food, gosh, it was amazing, huge variety to suit all in the breakfast and dinner buffet, lots of fresh food and of great quality. Big shoutout to Valeria, Antonio and Yasnel (bar/restaurant) and Montse who ran our activities. They made our stay that little extra special. And lastly to the cleaning staff who kept the resort immaculate and were always smiling and friendly We will definitely be back as soon as we can, highly recommend!…

Where to begin - we stayed in room 2049 which was sea view with jacuzzi tub as you can see from pictures. The room had great facilities; a shower, safe (€3 per day to use) iron & board, a large wardrobe and you could request more hangers if required, a fridge, a Kettle, tea, coffee & machine in the room too. Always cleaned amazingly & restocked daily. There is a kids playground underneath 2049 but that didn’t really bother us at all. The staff were FANTASTIC, friendly, attentive & funny and constantly went out of their way to help ! There is no pool service here if you are all inclusive (we were half board) and this suited us & food can only be consumed at the restaurants when open and not around the pool. Location is great, beach in 5 minutes, a massive choice of food places for lunch and dinner so defo venture out to try places as we found some fantastic restaurants. A very relaxing, adults only holiday which had chilled music throughout the day & most people chilled and read books or listened to music around the pool so was quiet & relaxing. 2 pools, one smaller (more for the picture viewpoint) and a second which was the main pool. The breakfast & dinner buffet was always stocked up & they had a great array of food to choose from as well as juices, milkshakes and other drinks. Evening entertainment (singers) started at 10pm every night and it was good, our favourite was Aaron he had a fantastic soulful voice. The staff will pretty much make any cocktail you want even if it’s not on the menu. We were SO glad we picked this hotel after looking at a few in the area and not being too impressed with the reviews. If we ever come back to Lanzarote we won’t hesitate to book here again! Hands down the best hotel we’ve ever been to. Me and my Girlfriend stayed here last week and both agreed we have to come back to this hotel ASAP. We stayed in room 2115 and chose all inclusive and what a great decision it was. The food and drink choices at the buffet, breeze and champs bar were amazing. When we booked we were a bit worried about there not being much choice as my partner is Vegan but we had no problems at all and any adjustments she needed to make to ensure it was vegan they were delighted to do it with no fuss! We are 100% going to book again for next year. Everything from the food to the room to the staff was first class and even to get a complementary glass of champagne on arrive was a touch of class. Thanks for an amazing stay.

Book any spa treatments you want the second you get there as we left it a couple of day after which we were unable to book anything because the spaces were all booked up. Otherwise we could not fault the hotel, it was superb.

We have just come back from a perfect weeks holiday at this wonderful hotel. A 5 star shout out to Montserrat for making our disabed son's time on holiday extra special. Valana welcoming us every night into the restaurant a lovely, lovely person. The staff at the breeze looked after us so well. This is one amazing hotel, would surely come back here again.

Amazing all inclusive hotel - great room (we were in a junior suite) and the jacuzzi is a good extra. The food was brilliant - fab range of choices. Main pool area was lovely and quiet - only downside is that there are too many sunbeds pushed together - less beds and more space would be preferable!!

Our stay here was great from the second we arrived. When we got to the hotel we were offered a glass of bubbly or juice, which was a nice touch. We were then taken up to our room. The hotel is exactly like you see in the pictures, our stay here was wonderful. We paid for the upgraded suite with a hot tub- which was more like a bath with bubbles- the only down side was having to fill/re-fill it when we wanted to use it and it takes ages!! Other than that, the room was lovely, Nice and clean, great waterfall shower, lovely huge bed. No complaints here. It’s my first time staying at an only adults hotel and we were presently surprised that all the beverages, alcoholic and soft, were branded. Not sure if this is common for adult only resorts however. We paid for all inclusive, usually at hotels offering this use cheaper/local or non-branded drinks. The cocktails were beautifully presented and tasted wonderful, only negative with them was the lack of selection available. The food options were great. Breakfast had lots of options, lots of pastries and warm foods to choose from. There was an egg/omelet station, they also warmed up croissants with ham&cheese here too, which I love! There is no lunch buffet, which was somewhat disappointing, leaving the two restaurants as options for lunch. We are mostly in the Breeze restaurant- lovely food here, this one is a la carte, but doesn’t offer much for gluten free (my sister has coeliac) We ate twice at the champs bar and I wasn’t a fan of the food either time, but this bar has lots of night time entertainment. At dinner it was a buffet style, so much different foods to try. They had a steak station a couple times, which was lovely. There were lots desserts to choose from, so many options beautifully presented every night! Every time you sit at either restaurant, the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, great service all round. We also made use of the spa facility, me and my sister both and some wonderful treatments and the staff here we super nice and friendly! We were both given a little drink and a chocolate afterwards, which was a sweet touch. In general, the hotel was lovely, relaxed, the staff were super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here and would be tempted to go again myself at some point. As for location- there are tons of restaurants and bars in the area. There were so many places to go! The beach is right on the doorstep, very breezy mind! There were plenty of little shops around for gifts as well as small corner stores.
