Visited Garda lake with family, in a “yellow” zone within Veneto. Very friendly staff, they even went out of their way to contact the mayor.. as i pulled into a restricted zone following my GPS to the hotel.. thank you for a clean stay and a warm welcome!

I live in the area so I was expecting the standard quality you’d want from this part of the lake. Instead.. One full hour to get a bottle of water, wine wrapped in a previously used napkins, rude and rashes waiter attending the table. Way too many misprints on the menu which makes it impossible for an English speaker to go trough it. The food arrived overcooked to some of us. I would give it a second chance but not a good first impression.

We visited Lake Garda From Australia for my nephew’s wedding and as we had been to Torri before I knew I had to stay here again. It is my favourite town on the lake. A beautiful little harbour and a pretty, peaceful place with lots of lovely restaurants on the water. Beautiful sunsets. 😍 We stayed in a family room with large bathroom and restricted view to the lake. The room was modern, clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The breakfast was typical of European hotels. The staff could have been friendlier but maybe they had limited English? Overall, good value for money and great position on the lake. We would return.

My wife and I based ourselves in the excellent hotel for a week when visiitng Lake Garda. WE chose a Lake view room which I would certainly recommend, being positioned with a clear view of the Lake Our rate included breakfast which I would recommend. Staff and facilities were first class and I would have no hesitation in recommednding the hotel to other.

Oh my goodness - this place has it all!! Exceptional service (picked us up in a gold cart - escorted us to the garage then transported to the most picturesque little hotel on the water. The staff were excellent from check in to check out. Our bags were taken to our room, the receptionist came as well to show us the aircon and lights. Our room 215 was beautiful, spotlessly clean, modern bathroom and the most gorgeous little balcony and view ! Wished we stayed longer. The village is so cute with lots of shops to stroll through and enjoy gelato after dinner We had dinner at the hotels restaurant (seperate business but guests receive 20% off) and it was delicious (definitely try the clam spaghetti or seafood spaghetti 👌 Will definitely recommend and hope to be back in day Thank you ❤️
