The rooms were spacious and lovely. The couches were uncomfortable though to sit on. I loved seeing the owner doing the rounds almost everyday. Please don't loose this personal touch. I would have also appreciated cleaning to be done over and above just collecting the bins. I also loved interacting with the animals during our morning walks.

Buyskop Lodge is a hidden gem. We spent two nights here. We saw giraffe, buck and zebra and were able to walk freely in the reserve. The chalet was clean and the only hitch for us was that the chalet was not serviced - otherwise a great say.

There's no cleaners for the rooms. You've to clean the room and dishes yourself. Please improve on that. Otherwise I enjoyed myself. Another bigger pool can help a lot as the place is expanding. I'll be back

The place provided us with a serene environment to clear our minds off the noisy Joburg CBD. We were welcomed by one of the Ostriches of which i call Cinderella...since she walked in such a way that dazzled our eyes. Jan and his staff were forever helpful and available to resolve any problems nor queries available. I'd highly recommend Buyskop...
