Very disappointing stay. The room was damp and the heating was faulty. Temperatures dropped and eventually only one radiator on our final day reached lukewarm . Beds were hard and uncomfortable. Will not stay here again

Well what a find! Travelling for work so it was a real bonus to come across this beautiful bit of Old England charm. The hotel has been tastefully modernised. My room was quirky clean and very comfortable. Great breakfast cooked to order and helpful staff.
