I have stayed here a few times and always have a plesent stay. Last time I stayed here was 4 years ago and 2 things I said then that I was disappointed with was there elevators and food. Nothing changed here, both still a disaster. Other than that the place is spotlessy clean and extremely central. They should also invest in a bit of entertainment by the pool they seem to have recently renovated that area and don't utilise to its potential.

Hotel is very clean staff really lovely but it's just a bit boring. No entertainment or kids club an they have a fab pool bar that would be well able to cater to a guy playing music we for sure would have went... there is an area at the pool with games so pool table ice hockey but its not free an pool is 2e a game really bad form as they offer nothibg else.....not sure if food is served in the evening I seen nothing but pool food which was 2 options hotdogs or pizza again boring but as we were there 6 days it done the trick .. .bring towels as they are not provided for the pool ....5min walk away there is a well equipped spar like shop and another 5mins is a chemist an thats the start of the main strip with bars an restaurants....hotel has no sea view from any room an the rooms with odd numbers have pool view even numbers are over reception an face another hotel bit concrete jungle ....poolside get morning sun street side get evening sun from 230 onwards.....the wind can be strong at the pool so lower the parasol it helps it not topple over ....water is always so cold 🥶 they really need to warm it up .....kitchen is well stocked with plates cups etc we had room 310 1bed apt which was 2 single beds in the bedroom an a couch bed you pull the 2nd bed out from under and it stands on legs to raise it up to be a double/2 singles the most uncomfortable beds I ever slept in an need fast updating I would not go back for the reason of the beds/lack of entertainment/ freezing pool/ basic surroundings

Hotel is super clean. But no entertainment or kids club makes a little boring after a few days so bear that in mind . ..pool is very basic an very cold and will be empty till around 11 as everyone goes to the beech in the morning an the pool in the afternoon it's very windy at the pool so hold ur towels down also not supplied by the hotel but u can buy long beech ones for 12e. Rooms with even numbers are front door side uneven are pool side ...road can get busy with people at all hours but it's not that bad there's a vending machine with snacks and cigarette if u need also there is a little spar like shop 5min walk away it has everything u need an open till 11pm hotel is around 7min walk from the beginning of the main strip. Was a nice break but its not luxurious its basic but clean id say 3star at most .....have a lovely trip

We had reserves because the deal we found appeared too good to be true but since we got off the cab, we were pleasantly surprised by how neat the reception area was. From there on, this was the best place we stayed at in Portugal. We got excellent tips and help from the staff and we were perfectly located. The pool area is very nice. No restaurant in the hotel but a snack counter and a bar is all you need because there is restaurants and convenience stores around the hotel. Room was spacious and daily cleaned. Well furnished and quiet. We definitely recommend this place!

Arrived in the morning but I had enquired prior to the trip on the baggage policy but on arrival our apartment was ready considering they don't allow check in until 4pm. The apartment we had was a two room and it was more than spacious for us. Rooms are cleaned every day and beds made and fresh towels provided. Top class service in this day and age. The rooms have an added luxury of having electric shutters too to help keep out the heat. We didn't get to use many of the facilities but they include a spa, gym, games room, tennis court, bar and restaurant. The pool area is really well maintained and the pool is lovely, and there is even a kids pool.

We stayed from the 15th to the 22nd of April, we arrived at 1pm and were unable to gain access to our room until 4pm. We had requested a high floor quiet room and we got a room on the 6th floor but it was facing the road so extremely noisy, unless upgrading definitely bring earplugs, we had brought some and we’re so glad we did. The hotel is spotlessly clean and we were not disappointed with our room, it had everything you could need, fantastic blackout roller shutters. The pool area was very nice, it was so quiet whilst we were there, some days we were the only ones there, never an issue getting a sunbed. There is a snack bar which seemed expensive and was never busy. We went for some nice walks and there is a decent size supermarket around a 7 minute walk Intermarche and a Lidl around a 25 minute walk away as well. The maid service is fantastic, very quick and efficient, the hairdryer in the bathroom is brilliant so no need to bring your own, it was 2 single beds instead of a double and the bed was so comfortable with plenty of pillows, there was a tv in the living area and also the bedroom. We would definitely come back but would pay for a poolside room to cut down on the noise.
