to be honest i wasn’t sure about the resort at first because i saw some bad reviews but when i got there it was amazing. we had booked the residence, which means that we didn’t try the food so i cannot say anything about it, but i’m gonna say something about the rest: first of all, the service was super good. the people were polite and organized. about the apartment: it was extremely clean, you get new sheets and towels 3 times a week and the beds were comfortable. the only thing that was kinda “bad” was the fridge, it was super small. we were 4 people and stayed there for 3 weeks, no idea if that was just our house but the fridge was too small. the rest was awesome tho. the staff team was cool too, they made the best out of the situation we have with covid etc. which i liked very much. their daily program included sports games like waterpolo, soccer… and they also did aqua gym. in the evening they did baby dance for the kids, after that some show and you could always hang out at the lounge bar with some live music. concluding everything, i would definitely recommend the resort, not only for families, for everyone. i had one of the best vacations, so thanks to everyone who worked there, it truly was amazing. :’)…
This is the second year that I am staying at the Grande Baia together with my family. We stayed there 19 days in a self catering apartment with good size and layout to fit our needs. Great view of Tavolara from the terrace. The entertainment was the highlight. These guys are amazing. So if you want to be entertained you won't leave the resort disappointed. Mini club for the little ones, acqua gym for the grown up (grande Giulia!) and the baby dancing and show for everyone in the evening. The beach is easy accessible and beautiful. Accommodations are spread across a vast area so ideal during covid time and beyond. Breakfast very good just a few ques in the middle of August to get your food but this hasn't been a problem. Also we noticed they have redone the main swimming pool which is jow brand new. I would recommend this place to family that want to have a holiday in contact with the nature but with all the comfort of a high class resort. …
Be very careful to not buy into the "resort". Better safe than sorry this is not a resort. This is a 3 star hotel with inferior maintenance and lack of customer services trying to make a living. The area is filled by amazing hotels so make triple checks!
While charging as 5 star Hilton hotels, this hotel offers zero internet connectivity and a non working AirCo. When I called the team to help with Internet connectivity, the hotel employee told me that the entire hotel has 30MB internet connection ( which would account for 1/4 of any EU household internet bandwidth acquired for 20 EUR per month ).
Excellent hotel in the middle of nature, about20 minute walk to a beautiful beach ( or by golf car). Very friendly & helpful staff. Excellent food. Good relaxing music sung by a singer with a great voice. Thar rooms are very comfortable & clean. Worth a visit.
