Our company name is called LE CONTRADE DIMORE PUGLIESI, we have 4 properties: Le Contrade di San Salvatore Le Contrade di Chiasso Cafaro Le Contrade di Vico Alba Le Contrade di Via Roma (2 Guest Houses) .We are in the business with the last three from over 10 years and we are here to make you feel better than at home. Our motto is More than Just a stay a Lifestyle Choice in Monopoli. Life is about choices and especially when you choose to go on vacation you want to make the right decision. Our Guests are not a simple check to pay but we people that are looking to take a break where comfort, service, kindness, professionalism with that extra eye to detail.

The sea at your doorstep, the most beautiful (and I want to add QUIET) hotel room I have every stayed.
Pietro and Intissare are the most lovely host. From calling and confirming your arrival to meeting at your car to escort you to the property with your luggage.
The concept of the Lifestyle Manager at the property is such a treat! You will want for nothing, the team can advise and book restaurants / tours / beach clubs / boats.
And the best part, you step out the door and you are in front of the sea and steps to the best Apulian restaurants, shops and services.

Outstanding place to stay. Perfect location in old city, facing sea. We had balcony with sea view, just on the top of the building. As I travel a lot I read hotel and apartment reviews regularly. And very often I read (and also write) about welcoming and friendly staff there. But the service which Pietro (hotel manager) and his team provided to me and my daughter exceeded everything I ever experienced. There was 24h contact (via WhatsApp) which started just after I confirmed reservation and stayed active till I safely came back to my country. All kind of questions you may have related to dining, travelling, parking, shopping etc. were proactively answered. All in the way that we felt like a princesses. Room was small but for 3 nights enough for us, crystal clean with a lot of complimentary food&drinks. Breakfast was served in the restaurant 2 min away from the hotel. Capsule coffee machine allowed me to start a day from cup of coffee still in pajamas looking at the sea from the terrace. On request they also brought us the breakfast to the terrace (no room service charge). Monopoli is really charming, perfect place for short or long walk. To sum up: place is highly recommended, effort which staff puts in hosting the guests is enormous. This is an outstanding place to stay. The rooms's view is stunning, the room is lovely. The building is completely renovated. The owner is so much Welcoming, he gave us a very intro to the city, gave us many valuable tips for bars and restaurants. The breakfast is outstanding and is served in a nearby Caffè, what a nice idea. We will come back to this paradise place.

Spent 2 nights at Le Contrade´s new pearl in Monopoli. It was a spontaneous booking and turned out a wonderful surprise. Fantastic property but what truly blew our mind was the service by the manager and "Concierge Extraordinaire” Pietro Navarra and his staff. Rooms: EXCELLENT. We stayed one night in a new, beautiful suite and one night with the best terrace view in all of Monopoli. 10 out of 10 points… Gold medal is hereby offered to Pietro from one hotelier to another.

The property is fantastically-located, very well-appointed, and spotlessly clean.
We arrived very late in the evening and were warmly welcomed by Pietro the proprietor.
Pietro was immensely helpful and promptly responded to all of our questions before, during and even after our stay. His energy and enthusiasm, and the high level of service he and his team provides meant this was easily the best accommodation experience we had during our trip to Italy.
We would wholeheartedly recommend Le Contrade to anyone visiting Monopoli.

It’s hard to express in words how fantastic this B&B is. The location is perfect - right in front of the sea and a few minutes walk from all the best restaurants and bars. The rooms are stylish, comfortable and absolutely immaculate. We were lucky enough to have a jacuzzi in our room which was such a treat. What really makes the place stand out is the service which is just incredible- the attention to detail is second to none with so many lovely small touches. It feels like staying in the best five star hotel. Every staff member is warm and friendly but Pietro (the manager) is just amazing - so warm and welcoming and the best possible representative of Monopoli. He was always on call to help with anything (eg restaurant bookings) and even took us on a spontaneous tour of Monopoli. We really can’t thank him enough for making it the best stay ever! HIGHLY recommend.

This is a must to stay. Very cute small hotel with room who are modern and authentic at the same time. Feel likes living in Monopoli in your own apartment. Love the design and the very modern bathroom. My room had a small balcony with a table perfect for apertivo time in front of the sea. You can walk everywhere from the hotel, to many close restaurants, the beach, small port and event the train station. I will definitely come back.

Absolutely perfect experience. The location, the hotel and the staff were excellent. The hotel is located right in the middle of the old town and 5 minutes walking distance from everything you need to see in Monopoli. The hotel is pretty much brand new and finished to a high standard. Faultlessly clean with all the amenities, we stayed in a duplex apartment which was full of character. From the point we arrived to the the point we left, we were throughly looked after by Pietro. He collected us from our car in his “Ferrari”. We had a little mini tour of the old city before arriving at the hotel which was a great introduction to Monopoli. This service continued throughout our stay and we can’t thank him enough for making our honeymoon experience amazing. Make sure you ask him for his tips and tricks, he is a fountain of knowledge. Thank you so much for your service Pietro!

We stayed for a couple of days and we were more than amazed by our stay. The rooms are clean and the location is perfect. But in addition we were welcomed so warmly by Pietro and his team. There was nothing we had to take care off - Pietro was always there and made our stay very unique. I can only recommend this place and will definitely come back one day!
