This year's vacation at this hotel was relax and everything i was needed. The staff was kind. The food was very and the prices too. the view incredible from the best hotel i have visited. I highly recommend it to couples.
The pictures posted of the hotel are 10x better than the reality ! would never recommend this hotel to anyone . I had a horrible experience , the staff are rude and unprofessional ! (Apart from 2 ladies who were serving breakfast and dinner) 1. I booked a sew view room, the only way I could see the sea was if I would stand on a chair and stretch to be able to see . The first 2. Upon my arrival there was no one to carry my suitcase and the lady who was taking me to the room told me to carry it myself up and down the stairs ! 3. There was a welcome wine placed in the room , on day 3 when I decided to drink it it was no longer there ... I went to reception and asked if it was placed anywhere I.e the fridge cause I hadn’t looked and she told me in the most accusatory tone that it should be there in the room and no one has touched it ! She then went to ask the house cleaning staff and then came back telling me they haven’t touched it ... as if now it’s me against them ! I ended up taking the lady to my room to show her and then when we checked the fridge it was in there ! I told her the most appropriate answer would have been “can u check the fridge” rather than accusing me of lying . 4. The last night I went to have dinner in the hotel . There are two decks on which u can eat . One closer to the beach and one closer to building ... the distance between the 2 decks is a maximum of 10-15 steps ! When I asked to sit on the one closer to beach they said u have to pay 7 more euros !!!!…
Very lovely, beautiful, boutique hotel located in the Xi beach area. Hotel has its own beach and pool. Staff is very friendly and helpful, food is tasteful and freshly prepared. Rooms are quite spacious and clean. Very good location for exploring the island, although renting a car is quite necessary. Right across the street there is a small shop, where you can buy water, etc.
If you're looking for a quiet night overlooking the sea with a great atmosphere, then this is the place for you.The staff in the evening Helen and Dennis are amazing and so welcoming and the drinks are good value and served in the way you'd expect. The food is superb and again great value. Those reviews that criticise the wine or cocktails clearly have alterior motives expecting not to pay. This establishment deserves 5 ,stars and is a must visit when in Xi beach
Had I known this hotel existed we would have booked here for a relaxing experience instead of the Apollonion Asterias resort and Spa. We stumbled across this looking for a drink and ended up spending most nights here chilling which we couldn't do at our own hotel. Cocktails and wine were excellent, the night we stayed for food didn't disappoint us at all. The food was yummy. The location was fabulous, the toilets are very, very clean and the staff including the man with a beard and lady with brown hair (sorry didn't get your names) in a ponytail were excellent.
