Visited today, went for the use of waters only which costs 12 Euros. This gives you access to changing rooms and lockers and then through the showers to the spar pools.
Great experience if a little shabby in some areas. Remember to take your own towels and swim hat.

We requested a quiet room and received an email from the hotel that they would comply with our request. We had paid extra for a junior suite and our room was large and comfortable. However, unfortunately, the air con was very noisy, also during the night.

On our first night we w

The hotel is a good quality 4 star hotel.
The reception staff were very professional and spoke very good English.
The breakfast has a lot of choice.
There is a spa at the hotel which seemed to be the reason for a lot of people visiting.
The only negative was the actual location.

We arrived for a 10 day lengthy stay and have to say I loved it and most definitely be coming back!

Staff on arrival were amazing and spoke decent English to us. We arrived early but they accommodated us straight away and then we proceeded to start our holiday!

Hi! I wonder how's the night life and restaurants around the hotel? Are they in the reasonable walking distance? I really wouldn't like to totally depend on hotel's food and entertainment. TIA!
Also there is a gas station that is near the hotel that has reasonable priced meals for lunch (they have a restaurant) when we were there they closed up for dinner

I'm planning to stay at this hotel with my daughter (who's 10) next month. The photos of the outdoor pool area aren't very clear, so I'd really like to know if the Sun Loungers next to the outdoor pool get plenty of sun, as the outdoor pool area looks very shaded from most of the photos I've seen. I really hope it's not, as I was planning to come home with a tan! Also, we won't have a car while we're there, but happy to take taxi's in to the nearest town. I know it's a very typically Spanish area (which is lovely) but it would be nice to know if there's any other options, in the event my daughter wants a change from the local cuisine. And if so, are they very far away from the hotel? Lastly, can you walk to the beach from the hotel and will the hotel restaurant, roof top bar and bar all be open during the week in the day & evenings, as there's a number of reviews that say it seems to be closed most of the week. We'd like to be able to drink/eat in between sunbathing/swimming, so I'm hoping something not too far from the outdoor pool will be open...
The sunbeds are in the sun all day but the pool gets shade but is warm. There are more sunbeds on a terrace up the steps next to the pool which get the sun all day. We walked to the beaches, just depends how much you like to walk but be warned there is no shade on the walk. Food wise not much choice round the hotel, it's quite isolated & town was about 20 mins walk away. We have just come home from our holiday there, pool etc was open & August is their peak season.

How far is it to Alicante airport?
Murcia St Javier is much closer & a nice little airport. Alicante was a bit of a trek & cost €95 in a taxi to get to hotel ( no bus).
