Last October I had the pleasure of spending 3 glorious nights at this scenic Winery & Inn in breathtaking Tuscany for a friend’s wedding. The views were dreamy, food/wine stellar, accommodations filled with Italian charm and all was very reasonably priced. I highly recommend for your next significant event!
Breathtaking, two of us gasped when we rolled in. Some of these 3-4 star reviews whine about little things but you don’t go to Tuscany for the WiFi or a heated pool.....This was a quintessentially Tuscan experience, in a stunning unique property. Our suite had a grand piano in it for starters! Their own wine is delicious, esp the whites. I would love to come back to Fattoria Di Cinciano, it was so romantic and unforgettable.
Beautiful surroundings but disappointing service and facilities (or lack thereof). We arrived around 5:30pm. By the time we checked-in we were told that the wine bar had already closed for the day and the restaurant was to open by 7:30pm if we wanted to grab a bite. There was nothing to do. The property has so much potential but it needs a major uplift and some thought put in to maximize the customer experience (for example, there's a beautiful big terrace at the back but no lights so you can't sit there after dark). The interior is really old and the motion censor lights in the corridor kept blinking on and off in the middle of the night even though there was no one there.
We stayed here just 1 night, but it was great. Very beautiful location and very friendly staff. We booked a wine tour and a dinner..everything was great. The wine and the food were very tasty. Definetly a place were i would go back. Thank you for a great experience:)
There is no question the property and setting is stunning, however, for the amount paid, I expected a higher standard of customer service. There is little attention to detail, customer orientation or any extras. Our apartment, while very quaint, was located above the restaurant and across from reception which made for some noisy times. The bed was very comfortable. The two pools were lovely but not heated so we had some chilly swims. The road up to the property is rough and deeply rutted. A good vehicle with good clearance is needed. It is quite isolated so unless you provision, you are at the mercy of the hours of the restaurant and the wine bar (which was rarely open). The staff at the restaurant were very friendly and helpful but staff at reception seemed tired of tourists.
