Great for walkers

Constant Companion and i were touring Tuscany with a culinary group. Hotel Corsignano was our base for the first five evenings. All of the staff here was very pleasant, especially the young man at the front desk, Gianmarco. Our room was on the second floor. It featured a comfortable king bed, a terrace, and a sitting/reading nook with a pull out twin bed if needed. The room was very clean, other than the drapes, which needed dry cleaning! Our bath was nicely located in two locations with the toilet/bidet in one room and the sink and shower in another. As is common in Europe, this hotel uses the direct soap method so there are no wash clothes, but they make attempts to "go green" by using soap dispensers and canister paper dispensers for the wipes! There was ample hot water, but use caution the shower can be pretty slippery! The hotel's breakfast buffet was very good with lots of selections and alternatives to cow's milk like soy and rice milk! The breakfast staff did a decent if unremarkable job replenishing everything which was well appreciated! Another nice feature is you can get a whole bag of laundry done for just 25 Euros instead of the ala carte laundry pricing at most hotels. Although there is a laundromat a few blocks away this was a better option for us travelers. A solid 3+/4 star property!

Located only around 150 metres from the old city - this hotel has some adjacent parking. It is a modern hotel, stylish, light and clean. The front desk were a pleasure to deal with and extremely helpful. We were upgraded to a room at the rear of the hotel which had a balcony and probably one of the most splendid views you could ever imagine. A first class stay.

Stayed June 4 - June 10. A lovely small QUIET hotel maybe 100 yards from town center. We had a room with gorgeous view looking out over Val d'Orcia (probably hammered the spelling). Hotel is quiet, so no loud drunks coming in after hours. Front Desk managers Lucia and Simona were fantastic helping arrange various ventures for us. Boreanna in the dining area was such a charming person to see each morning at breakfast, and always super fast with the coffee needs of my coffee-snob girlfriend . At night, we needed to have bottle of vino uncorked (and 2 glasses, and bucket of ice) as we sat on balcony relaxing.......this was an every night thing, and the night guys always assisted in a split second. I really can't say enough about what a fantastic experience we had at the hotel.

Very good accommodation in the heart of Tuscany. The room is very clean, had a great view from the balcony and the center of town was in walking distance. Make sure you advise beforehand if you need an elevator since not all floors have elevators

Pienza is so beautiful, a must….so many places to eat, some with unrivalled views of the valley and so the sunsets.
The hotel is just outside the walls of the town, about a 2 minute walk. So you have the best of both worlds, large spacious hotel, just minutes from the action.
We stayed in a junior suite, on 2nd floor. It was an amazing room with a balcony and an incredible shower, got to be seen to be believed. Breakfasts were amazing, typical high quality Tuscan, along with bacon and scrambled eggs if you are missing them, great locally roasted coffee. Room 201, would defo stay again.
Lucia on reception was a star, so helpful and knowledgeable….a real credit to the hotel.

First stayed at this hotel in 2014 it has never lost its charm. All the staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome. If you are looking for a hotel in Pienza this is the one . Room 108 goes straight out onto a beautiful kept terrace with two hot tubs. The rooms are exceptionally clean and the house keeper does a great job. The breakfast has lots of choice . The only thing we sometimes didn't like about the hotel was parking space- there were enough but quite narrow. Other than that it was great. The room we got was fabulous- specious and luxurious, especially the bathroom. It rarely happens to get better equipment in hotel .

The hotel is rather modern, very well managed with very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Our room was clean, pleasant with a comfortable bed and a good view of Val D'Orcia. Breakfast, which was included, offered a good selection and great service. It's a very short walk from the hotel to the center of Pienza.

Situated just outside the walls & ZTL, private parking a big help. Nice big room, lovely bathroom with good shower & room for toiletries! Big comfy bed & small balcony with table & chairs & fab view across the olive groves. Staff friendly & helpful, decent breakfast, would recommend

A very nice hotel. The room was generally very comfortable...very spacious, nice fridge, lovely balcony. Breakfast was extraordinary. One issue: the A/C was disabled for the season. Management stated because : 1. It had been cold a few nights before (yes, but today the room was hot and stuffy) 2. The government had asked for energy conservation because of the Ukraine war. Both of these reasons are pure nonsense (I could use stronger words). The guest's comfort trumps both of them. Hence, I give 4 stars, not 5. I slept with the balcony doors open. Gratefully, no mosquitoes. I would stay here again in spite of my small criticisms.

None of our rooms have iron an ironing board because for fire and security reasons is not allowed to iron in bedrooms.
But we have laundry service available everyday from 8am to 3pm or from 7pm to 9pm at a reasonable cost (depend on the item).
