I stayed with my family in this dated but overall fair quality-price hotel. When the water in the shower was turned on it smelled like sewage but this was resolved by the reception staff. Excellent breakfast with very friendly staff.

Dated but good hotel. We arrived and fortunately there was hot air in the room. The staff is always friendly. Breakfast a little poor but good for those staying for one or two nights on business. Parking included top. With some retouching and modernization it can have its say

Perhaps this will not be your first choice because is not new. But the rooms have everything one needs to a good week. The staff are wonderful and very attentive to every need that one requires. I will definitely will stay here again in a similar situation.

In memory of the 2017 experience we booked a room in this hotel. Nightmare night. Spacious room, nothing to say about the comfort of the room, but... there are many buts. Dirty room, strong smell of smoke, old and dirty curtains, hard and felted wool blanket, dead mosquitoes squashed on the wall, no remote control in the bedroom, dirty windows and mirrors, old bathroom with oxidised taps and the most serious thing is that, in the small kitchen in a built-in wardrobe there was a used and dirty glass. This is all shameful. If you don't have rooms to offer, don't accept reservations from people who pay! Ah breakfast...let's forget about it. Poor and poor quality. Disappointing, it's not right to treat people like this and in all this we also had a little girl who, being allergic to wool, sneezed all night!

I recently stayed at the hotel San Francesco in Rende and I was pleasantly surprised. Very clean rooms, great staff and wonderful service. Rende is a very interesting area and the city of Cosenza really impressed me. A truly spectacular historical center.

The typical business hotel outside of the town center. Rooms and bathrooms in a good size, but outdated. The staff at the reception was rude and not very happy with their jobs. Poor breakfast. We don't recommend to stay at this hotel.

Stayed 1 night. This hotel was 4 stars 15-20 years ago probably. It needs renovation, that says it all. Rated very good for the value of money perspective. POSITIVE - We got Junior-Suite instead of double room, breakfast had a machine for making fresh orange juice (this is not common).
Near to the town Cosenza. Which has a world's best pizza place, seriously. If you are by car, it's about 5km drive to the center of Cosenza. Place is called IL MORO, it is located in the old-town (pedestrian area).

I visited this hotel because I had to visit a customer nearby. The hotel was excellent, not expensive at all and very comfortable. I arrived quite late, but it was no problem at all to dine in the restaurant at 22h30, food was not superb, but more than ok for me. It was also easy to find and had a free guarded parking space. Had also a business meeting center. Would definately stay again for business or leisure.

The hotel is a quite typical medium-sized hotel with good facilities, although it is slightly outdated. However, none the worse for that. The rooms are a good size and the beds are very comfortable. A really nice touch was the provision of a fluffy bathrobe and hotel slippers. Food in the restaurant was good and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was that the fridge in the room was quite noisy.

I had an amazing time there. People were really welcoming & kind. It’s also situated in a great location not too far from the city centre. I would recommend it if you’re looking for a nice & relaxing place, that’s where you should go.
