Review of the restaurant on 21.09.2024
Parking – not possible, as parking is too vineyard (search in the village is limited)
Waiting time Drinks - >30 min Waiting time Food - >60 min
I had chosen roulade with potatoes and red cabbage.
First impression, loveless + the dish was filled up a long time ago and only warmed up.
The food was evenly lukewarm/too cold. That speaks for warmed up.
In my opinion, the red cabbage was not cooked by myself, but canned. For this purpose, something raw or little cooked was mixed into the red cabbage. Even my wife couldn't attribute it and found it tasteless.
The potatoes – commercial kitchen quality – chemically peeled – rubbery on the outside.
The roulade was very dry, the filling was filled with an indefinable mass. This tasted strongly of smoked aromas, which was absolutely inappropriate.
The sauce – standard.
It was not the first time the food was inadequate.
Significant was – none of the clearing (operator and ???manager??) asked if it tasted good.
It also remains unclear why tables that were later occupied had drinks and food much earlier. My impression – the division of work was poorly optimized.
