Again. Keep up the good work. We really enjoyed our stay there. The place is need and in a very safe location. Your price is also a very affordable 1. Our stay was short but it was the best. In future this will be our place to stay.

We went up to Lamberts Bay for a wedding & spent 3 nights from 16-19 Dec 2021 at Raston. I made my initial booking through Ina who runs the Guesthouse , she as also there to meet us when we arrived after checking when we expected to arrive. Stayed in rooms 4 & 5 overlooking the pool in an enclosed courtyard . There was also on site parking . The rooms were comfortable , nice shower & fairly large rooms with seats to relax in , with coffee table , tv , coffee station & safe . We decided to have breakfast at the guesthouse & each morning Ina Sharon prepared a nice breakfast for us , the last day was extra special with the huge croissant . Ina made sure we had everything . Some areas need a bit of a revamp but nothing that put us off & we would stay at Raston again as it was central , the beach about 350m away , an easy walk

We elected to stay here on the strength of 56 reviews giving the establishment a 5 star rating. We were hopelessly disappointed as we foung the house to be unclean, doors in the dining room stuck closed with press-stick, no adapters to plug the TV and decoder into the wall socket. The swimming pool had a layer of green algae on the bottom and nobody wished to enter it despite the temperature being in the high 30's. We elected to leave after the first night and sought accommodation elsewhere.

My wife, her sister & I stayed on a last minute decision when visiting Lambert's Bay and couldn't have asked for more. Comfortable rooms, tastefully restored properly & good breakfast. Noeline very attentive. Would recommend to anyone.

We stayed for three nights while at a Harley Rally in Lamberts Bay. The guesthouse situated in a side street about 600 meters from the seashore is unpretentious and provides honest accommodation without any frills. The amount of security required to enter the guesthouse and thereafter your room is a bit disconcerting and after a late night a real challenge! Breakfast was adequate. The guesthouse would be improved by more visibility and involvement of the management as there is no one present after 5pm.

My stay at the Raston was absolutely perfect. The rooms are extremely luxurious, the beds are big and comfortable, and the bathrooms have many, many extra little things like a small medicine kit and a sowing kit. The house is very old which gives it a certain charm, the kitchen is clean and well stocked, the hostess is very friendly and I was able to take a refreshing dip in the pool as it was a very hot day. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

Raston Guesthouse is a lovely property in Lamberts Bay and def a place that I would recommend! The websites pictures don't serve the real property at all as you will be surprised when you get there and see this lovely rooms and self catering units. Everything is there and its ideal for families or a group of friends travelling for a weekend away. We basically stayed in all the courtyard rooms for a weekend with some friends and their children and it was a real great stay as we could relax next to the pool and the braai area. The host was really friendly and helpful and made our stay so much easier. The self catering units are ideal if you want to cook for yourself and for long stays. Its really a home away from home place! :) See you next time!

This guesthouse is small and at first impression is non too inviting. Our room was adequate but was cold with only one small wall heater. There was a small garden with pool. Breakfast was adequate, but it took ages for morning tea/coffee to be served ( it usually came last). We arrived mid afternoon, and were shown to our rooms. The lady then left and we did not see her until the next morning.
