David Tool good care of us. The rooms are big, bright, clean and to feel comfortable in.
The big kitchen on the ground floor is also clean and you find anything you need.
David gave us good recommendation for dinner and where to find what.

Ps: if you are sensitive for noise - barking dogs in the neighborhood, so you better bring ear plugs.

Lamberts Bay is not the most picturesque town we've visited but this B&B was well worth the money. The hosts were totally unfazed that we failed to book single beds when they had prepared a double and said they would change it for us while we were out having dinner. What could be more welcoming than that! We had a perfect night's sleep on good, firm mattresses and the breakfast next morning was well cooked and presented.
We were impressed.

On our way to Namibia we were looking for a guesthouse on the way. We choose Lambert's Bay because it was at the coast. The room was simple but clean. The bed is too small for 2 adults. The hosts were very helpfull with choosing a restaurant for dinner and a coffeeshop for breakfast. They even carried our luggage to the first floor

This was the worst experience of our entire trip.
Please be aware anyone booking in here !!!! They have not disclosed the full images of this place on Safari .
This establishment is situated on a Grave Yard.
Some might be find with this ‘surprise ‘and lack of transparency , I certainly was not !!
As I opened my curtains to see the view I was shocked to find that the view is directly onto a graveyard - tombstones everywhere !!!!
We could not believe it !!! the owners were very deflective and pretended to look at us as confused as to why we were upset ??????
They proceeded to say that this was not a graveyard but a heritage site ?????
Can someone please tell me the difference ?
With all respect to deceased a graveyard is a graveyard.
Why was this not disclosed on the website images I asked the owner - the reply was :
'I didn't think it was necessary......... ' - have you ever.
If anyone would like to contact me to see images of this BnB - we now call it the Bed and Buried you are welcome to contact me on ryantaylorrok@gmail.com
Safari refused to return my deposit and the owners refuse to return my deposit - can anyone shed light on this.
Posting this on every possible travel website....
Yes I am highly annoyed with the lack of disclosure and those that need to take responsibility !!!!
If the owners care to deflect this with an attempted cover reply then lets open this to the public and see what they have to say...

I booked this accommodation because the owner Ria had confirmed me that it was a B&B accommodation. As we arrived, we had the unpleasant surprise that breakfast wasn’t included but we had to have it somewhere else. We got a discount for this (not enough), but I think it’s not honest to say that breakfast is included and then say that it isn’t , even if a discount is given. The woman who greeted us wasn’t the owner so we couldn’t complain with her.
I booked because I was told it was a room with breakfast included. If I had known that it wasn’t, I would have chosen among other options that we discarded because we prefer having breakfast served in the same place where we sleep, to save time.
When I came back home I wrote an e-mail to the owner to complain about what had happened, but I didn’t receive any answer.
For me it has been a big disappointment: it was the first time that we had a similar situation in several trips to South Africa, where hospitality is usually top quality even in small B&B and hosts are usually kinder and more honest than in Europe.
Apart from this, the room was decent and the location is central (not on the sea).

A good spot to stay for visiting the bird island - central and easy walking distance to everywhere. The accommodation is adequate and clean, and the hosts very service orientated and helpful. We would stay there again.

We had an excellent stay at the B&B.

The owners are extremely service orientated and really ensure that you are having a pleasant stay. The rooms are clean and the breakfast the next day is hearty.

We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

The hosts, David & Shirley are very informative
The guesthouse is very central with secure parking, once you parked your vehicle you don't need to use it again, beach, restaurants, shops are walking distance away.
Our room was spacious with bathroom on suite, the shower is nice and big. The layout of the room is comfortable with a tea and coffee station. A communal kitchen with a dinning-room is available.
The outstanding feature's for us, was the cleanliness of the guesthouse and rooms, the hospitality and central location.
