The rooms are small but clean and very cosy. the bathroom is very bad smelling in the night. The animals, dogs and cocks, made it difficult to sleep through. the rooftop is nice, but the pool is dirty and looks like it hasn't been used or maintained for a long time. also the sunbeds look very filthy and old, not to compared with the hotel pictures! the service is inmature and ignorant. the rates with 50 USD the night is far to high for what you get

Great location, beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, nice staff and cheap!

We have absolutely nothing negative to say about this hotel. Stayed here for 9 nights and for being peru this is really great. Not over priced for once!
The place to stay at in Mancora!

Roof top pool for two, pool small, only 2 beds, not enough room in pool for more than 4 max

Nice room with balcony, excellent shower with really hot water. Just a little too out of the way for us but ok walking distance from the beach

Fan had plug which didnt fit socket!

Breakfast wasnt great and lets this place down grately, 2 soft rolls with little jam to share but coffee was the worst in peru. Cup of hot water with a little jug of filter coffee to add to it, I think they think the coffee essence provided in some places is filter coffee. Dishwater!

Swimming pool needs to be emptied a good scrub then refilled as it is murky.

Guy was lovely, young girl on reception less so, couldnt get her to smile.

Top floor room below the swimming pool, when pool waterfall was on it sounded like someone was drilling, this drove us out of the room during the day.

Response from AnAnasha Hotel M, General Manager at An'Anasha Hotel
Responded 19 Feb 2016
Take into account that this hotel is the only one that has an elevated pool ( it´s in the fourth floor), with a 360 view of the town and ocean, It´s true, our pool is small because this hotel is small, and that makes it cozy and we can serve you better. The administration is a new one since april 2015, we are a new whole managment and owners. Our breakfasts have improved greatly since as well as the pool cleaning and maintnance, mostly our guests do not spend most part of the day here because they are visiting the beaches nearby, swimming with the sea turtles in the ocean, renting some aquatic motos or back-horse riding, as well as kyte surfing, learning to surf, etc all of this offered only steps from us and short distances, we are really close to everything, well located. Thank you for your comment, it will help us in the future.

We booked this hostel because of my birthday: 'let's go somewhere fancy, with a pool!'. We were disappointed by the size of the pool and the water: blurry. We had to ask if the 'waterfall' in the pool could be turned on. The breakfast was decent but basic. Additionals are a little on the price. There was a bad smell in our room, especially the bathroom. They said it's from outside and couldn't be fixed.
On the plus side: clean room, nice styling in the interior, balcony with two chairs (which was nice, we needed shadow), close to the centre and far enough not to be bothered by club-music, friendly staff.

My room was very nice with a nice bathroom, comfortable bed, cable tv. Balcony and very clean.
The rooftop pool area is beautiful! The pool is clean and the lounges are bliss!
The hotel is beautifully decorated lovely ambiance in the restaurant and sitting areas.

Well located in the middle of Mancora. The room was clean and stylish. The rooftop which has a spa sized pool offers a great view over Mancora. The lady running the hotel was extremely kind and offered plenty of advice to ensure we had a pleasant and safe stay. She spoke very good English. Would highly recommend.
