I visited when there was only a few persons dining. The menu is very limited and the wait time for food was an hour. The waiter did not update us as to why we were waiting so long and was very unprofessional. The parking Space is also very limited. The bartender was more professional and empathetic. Has a good view but would not return or recommend

The minimalist aesthetic of the cottage is a signature look in St. Elizabeth as there is no need to compete with this breathtaking view. This private, secluded semi self-contained row of cottages is perfect for couples or solo travelers. There is also a restaurant on the property that serves meals daily with WI-Fi.

The phrase "Boutique Hotel" can mean almost anything. Here it meant very basic single room in a large beach hut type room. Basic but clean it came with air conditioning and a toilet & shower area hidden behind a partition the other side of which was a large double bed. That's it. No cooking facilities beyond a kettle. Milk & coffee provided. No fridge which was very disappointing but a free safe was provided. Room was cleaned on a daily basis and towels changed as and when needed. Best thing about it (apart from reasonable prices) was its location, pool and the staff. Open your huts double doors and the view from your bed is the sea and beach! Wonderful 😀 A few steepish steps gets you down to the pool area, which includes a bar and small restaurant. A few more, steeper steps takes you down to the beach. We felt like Robinson Crusoe as not only was the hotel almost empty the beach was too! Food at the bar and restaurant was reasonable and included Jamaican as well as international food and drink - Red Stripe of course! Staff were universally friendly and helpful. We had no issues at all but are confident any we had would have been well resolved. The pool area has sign beds and was kept clean. Location - near a cliff age - gave great views but was a little off the beaten track: we were glad we'd hired a car! Not much to see locally but for the beautiful coastline, there are a few bars nearly by. The area felt very safe with a smattering of tourists and friendly locals. We will definitely be back and recommend the hotel 100%.

Made Jamaica Jamaica The food, the staff and the management went above and beyond the call of duty. We were on first name terms with the staff. Annabelle, Donna, Rachael, Omar to name but few made our stay very special, I would like to say thank you. Keep up the good work We will be back

The ambience of the hotel is very welcoming. The staff are very helpful and friendly. With the beach on your doorstep, so ideal. I enjoyed my time at 77 West Hotel, and can't wait to go back again, this time for longer.
