    I have never being in a hotel that does not fix the room until late in the evening, and does not do the beds! It is located far from the city center. We spent three days in the hotel, and the service was very poor. The hotel premises were good, but the rooms were old and not well maintained.     Worse hotel ever
    First of all, they don’t do the bed, and in order to have your room cleaned by the staff you need to ask several times to the reception. WiFi is really poor, working only in some specific areas of the hotel. Besides, you can enter with the key of your room to all rooms, being the most unsafe hotel I have ever seen. I cannot recommend it at all.…

    The hotel is really great, the breakfast is perfect, a lot of a typical food, and the mountains vision is a perfect scenario. The staff are very attentive. try a caipirinha by the pool, an excellent request.

    Excellent Hotel with Outstanding Food!
    This is a very beautiful hotel with a nice hiking trail and waterfall behind it. It has beautiful clean rooms with outstanding food. The pool is beautiful with a bar inside the pool. The free breakfast was upscale and MASSIVE!! It was the most delicious and from 6am to 10am, the table was never empty, the coffee was always fresh. We ate dinner one night at the hotel, and while it is very expensive it was very delicious. I didn't see a dinner buffet as some talked about, it was very elegant and amazing. I experience very helpful staff and service every time I needed something. Our room was simply beautiful. The view of the mountains and landscape was so beautiful and peaceful. I will say that the ONLY complaint that I have is the very thin walls. There was a VERY loud man in the room next to us that liked to yell a lot and we heard it all. I have stayed at many hotels with other loud guests and this one was exceptionally loud. Also, the wifi is almost not existent. I know when you are there you are in no need of this but if you want to post photos or just answer emails, it's very difficult. The restaurant has wifi, but it's very VERY Slow. You also can access wifi from the rooms but again, it's not much. I loved this place even though I had a couple of complaints. The rooms can be very expensive but to me it was worth it.…

    The Best
    For sure the best hotel in Lençois We arrived late night and were welcomed with a very good dinners. Food is top quality, Rooms are comfortable, roomy and placed in levels, lots of outside corridors, help to preserve privacy and offers the nice surrounding landscape at each time you move from the room…
