Absolutely loved our two nights at Pjure - the most hospitable couple took great care of us throughout and went the extra mile for hubbys big milestone birthday with lovely Montagu bubbly and birthday banner - such a lovely touch.
Rooms are stunning - interior mag worthy French / Belgian / SA theme works so well and the breakfast room is also stunning! The gardens are so beautiful and the lounge beds / infinity pool spot on for a relaxing outdoor space - we had a spectacular thunder and lightening show - no need for Netflix here after dark!
The breakfast was simply delicious - tasty, plentiful and healthy - the gluten free date/ nut bread and the incredible frozen avocado tart - all of it - huge selection of home made pastries and fabulous juice of the day - very talented staff behind the scenes!
At night the breakfast room becomes the honesty bar with pool
The spa facilities look incredible - we didn’t have time as we were booked on the Robertson wine train which takes up the Saturday - next time!!
Divine overall - exceptional start to finish and very highly recommended

We stayed 2 nights. Unfortunately we didn’t book any treatments beforehand so I was disappointed. I wanted the full spa package but it’s a TWO person minimum which isn’t very acceptable. The management rely on the cleaners, spa staff to assist guests. Consequently you can’t find anyone when you need assistance. The common lounge which was offered for drinks/coffee( do it yourself) was closed. It’s a beautiful setting but lacking.

Dear Guest, Thank you for choosing Pjure, we are so sorry that we were not able to meet your expectations about the issue you raised , indeed our full Haman package is designed for 2 persons and due to the popularity and big time slot of 4,5 hours best booked a little bit in advance to avoid disappointment. But we're happy that we could book you in for the full body massage and you enjoyed. The time you arrived , I had to leave urgent to the hospital in Cape Town due to an emergency with my husband , we feel really sorry that were not able not myself nor my husband to check you in personally, due to the urgent matter I indeed ask my Spa lady to check you in and take good care of you , my apologies for that unforseen unfortunate matter , I hope to make it up to you on your next visit, with a extra personal touch. The bar / lounge is indeed an honesty bar but fully stuffed with alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks and some music playing . When you text me that is was closed I immediately checked with my cleaning staff and they're where refreshing, vacuum cleaning the area , we opened it immediately after 15 Min , otherwise it was the whole time open during your stay for our guests convenience. The pictures looked better than the reality. There was no luxury or softness. We stayed at the Paris suite, the blinds were getting stuck, wouldn't open properly, there were cheap plastic chairs on the patio, the bed was hard as a rock, there were no gowns for the room just old towels and no beach towels for use at the pool. For R4000 per night, I expected better. I was not impressed at all. Sorry. The pool and mountain views was the saving grace

We value constructive criticism as this the only way that we can continue to grow learn and improve our services . Although we do our utterly best to take photos and videos of our rooms that give the real feeling & impression we are sorry to hear that we were not able to match with your expectations The matrasses on the bed are tempura mattresses and a quality brand ,if you not used to sleep on those it might have given you a wrong feeling or impression, we're very surprised about that comment since all our guest actually love the good matrasses & the beds . The towels as well as the sheets are from "Volpes" luxury range and the highest quality. The window blinds do open fully but there is a safety clip , we're sorry to hear that you struggled to open them fully. Since it was an almost 100 % rainy day the 1 night that you booked , none of our guest where at the pool just because of the rain , the cabana cushions as well as the pool towels where taken inside to prevent getting soaking wet, we did not realise that you wanted to relax at the pool that day. As for the gown that is very correct we sincerely apologise ,we're fully booked in the spa as well as the accommodation and 1 of our team accidentally forgot to put gowns in your room due to the fact that I myself at the last moment decided to surprise you with a complimentary bottle of wine to enjoy a rainy night we oversaw the gowns , we take full responsibility for that although We wish you had shared these issues or asked us to assist with the blinds or bathgowns ,a simple whatsapp during your stay to our 24 hour assist number we informed you about on arrival would have solved the issue and we would have been able to assist you in the best possible way, we're a family business our team , me and my husband always try our best to give our guest a stay with great happiness We hope to see you again at Pjure , Maybe our villas or the wellness suites are the the better options to match your expectations Best Regards, Evelyne Owner

Our 5-night stay at Maison Pjure was just wonderful. Not only is the hotel beautifully decorated with incredibly lush interiors, the spa experience is outstanding. We did the petite hamam and I can highly recommend it. Randolph and Evelyne are exceptional hosts and all the little extras like brownies at bedtime and sorbets with sundowners - made by Evelyne - was a really special touch. The pool area and cabanas serve as the perfect daytime hang out. We would definitely return and will soon!

Don't remember, when I last felt so relaxed. Total privacy in a beautifully decorated villa in the middle of nowhere - including everything you could wish for - even an old school record player with a selection of vinyl records. In so many words: Fantastic!

We recently stayed, January 2024 at Pjure Wellness Retreat and Spa in their villa Athos, which is a villa tucked away at 1 min walk from the mainbuilding ( where the other rooms are situated) After our road trip in SA, we couldn't have choosen a better place, Total privacy, good big beds, there's even an outside sauna and jaccuzi with views on the mountains, a nice cute courtyard with a relax corner and splash pool, inside beautifully decorated a mix of modern, eclectic with warmth, funny thing was the record player with old skool music. We loved the fact that we could ask a breakfast basket which was brought to the house( please skip your lunch) so plentyfull and freshly baked by the owner Evelyne, We enjoyed our stay and stayed mostly in the villa but decided to book a hamam package in those 4 days and facial treatments also with the owner Evelyne , the Hamam experience was amazing as well as very relaxing, again with some yummie food, check out the special decorated spa, it's different and fits the style of the total accomodation This is such nice place A second big pool is situated in main garden where you can relax in different little spaces they created, if you book a villa do not forget to walk up there. The owners Evelyne and Randolph make you feel at home and are very involved , check in, spa, breakfast which is highly appreciated and feels personal We definitely return on our next holiday to South Africa

Great mountainous views, from comfortable room, villa settings, perfect for couples. Stunning spa settings with Trukish style baths, private jacuzzi. Spa treatment had an extra experience to what we have had before that started with a foot scrub. Very unassuming venue. Decor and style is exquisite. Enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful weekend in a cozy, private villa. Breakfast was delivered to our door each morning, and the full-body couples massage was amazing. The hosts truly care about providing an excellent experience, and we were delighted with our stay. We’ll be back soon. We only missed having a restaurant on-site, as we would have loved to stay in all weekend.
