We are under Swiss management and are 5 Star rated from the TGCSA and are member of Tourism Cape Town and GHASA.

On our 2000 sqm property we are able to accommodate a maximum of 6 people. This insures the ultimate individual service to our guests. There are 5 employees which take care of our guests. We had an amazing stay at the Honeywood Villa. Daniel gave us simply the best check-in experience with a cold drink and exactly the information you are looking for when visiting this are of South Africa. The kitchen is remarkably well equipped - and the rooms are huge and decorated with love and style. It’s spotlessly clean - there is absolutely nothing one is missing at Villa Honeywood, Daniel has thought of everything. We highly recommend to stay here - especially if you wanna explore this side of Cape West - this location allows you to do great day trips without spending the whole day in your car. Besides this ocean strip from Fish Hoek to Kalk Bay and Muizenberg is simply super charming with lots of good restaurant and an outstanding jazz Cafe (Urban Soul).

This was our fifth consecutive visit to Villa Honeywood and once again we were not disappointed. Thankfully this was an uneventful visit but in previous years Daniel has sorted out problems with car hire, medical attention and communication problems with the UK. Both Daniel and Prisca take great care of every single guest and take pride in delivering a hot breakfast cooked to perfection, try their scrambled eggs! The accommodation is both stylish and very comfortable, with beds and bed linen second to none. For us it is the perfect location with a good beach and sea swimming to hand, scenic mountains, within easy reach of Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens and Cape Town, and access to many delightful and varied eating places. Roll on February 2019 when we hope to return.

Daniel and Presca gave us a really warm welcome and showed us to an apartment which was better and bigger than described. Daniel immediately took control of a problem we had with our hire car; liaised with the car hire company and a local garage. He could not have been more helpful and this is typical of his care and concern for his guests. The restaurant recommendation he made was fantastic and he ensured we had one of the best tables. We have no hesitation in saying this is one of the best places we have stayed in SA. A real 5 star experience. Chris & Heather

Villa Honeywood is a beautiful guest house with lovely people in a great location just between all the highlights of the Cape Town and Cape Peninsula area. We spent a full week and enjoyed it so much! The three suites are huge and stylish, the private yard has a wonderful swimming pool and comfortable sunbeds. Daniel, the owner and host, takes care personally of every guest and prepares a delicious hot breakfast in addition to the overwhelming buffet. The common lounge has a great bar. The security situation is perfect, with a wall around the whole estate and enough parking space inside. Daniel has great advice for activities and makes all the necessary reservations. I have been to Cape Town many times and decided to stay out of the city center this time. So I found this guest house in TripAdvisor and after reading all the good comments I decided to book. All good points were absolutely true. It is a very beautiful property within a lot of land in Fish Hoek. Beautifully decorated and very modern. The owner decided to make 3 big rooms so he would never have many guests and the we would always feel at home. I had the 3 rooms for me, my sister and a couple of friends. I can definitely say that it was a luxury home away of home. The whole stay was perfect. Breakfast was excellent and the owner the the staff ever friendly and welcoming! Congratulations! I loved it in every single way and can say that after been to countless hotels added this one to my favorite list!

My wife an I stayed there for 5 days. The host Daniel was very friendly and booked us dinner, golf and anything else we needed. He even had cell phones for us with South African SIM cards so that we didn't need to pay roaming fees. The room we had was big and nice and there is a pool outside. The only caveat is the location. The villa is close to a more or less busy road. There is also no view.

This review comes with our highest recommendation. It was our third visit to Honeywood and we were not disappointed. It is a very stylish and comfortable Guest House. Daniel has thought of every possible amenity that you could possibly want and I'm sure if you asked for something out of the ordinary he would produce it at the drop of a hat, or "knows a man who can". The cleanliness of the whole Guest House is amazing, it sparkles, as does the inviting, good sized pool. Daniel's knowledge of the area is excellent and if he can't immediately provide an answer to a question, he will be back within minutes with all the details you may require. Eating out is a wonderful experience, from fine dining to quick snacks, and Daniel's recommendations are spot on. Everyone is catered for at the breakfast table, where Daniel and Prisca serve up the most delicious scrambled eggs! Thank you Daniel and Staff for making our stay such an enjoyable experience.

We spent 6 nights in the extremely comfortable Africa Suite (there is a jacuzzi in the little private garden - a night-time soak with a glass of wine and a fabulous starry sky overhead is highly recommended) and we greatly enjoyed the breakfasts, the outdoor pool, and most of all the warm and friendly service. Delightful people and very good value for money. Also an excellent central point from which to explore the Cape Peninsula.
