Overrated and overpriced.
This is one of the oldest hotels in the island. It's well located near the center. The rooms are tiny and not well decorated but clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The Saturday night dinner is well known in the island. The breakfast is vary and tasty. The lunch and dinner menu is good. This hotel is ok but not for the price you pay for it. It is overrated.

Cozy, modern and with a beautiful view this hostel apart from the accommodation offers a lively gastronomic festival weekly and the famous Reveillon extremely well served and very well organized.Wonderfull place to stay for some days.

Not worth it
We stayed in Zé Maria for 4 nights. The room was poorly maintained and we had problems with the AC for 4 times. We asked the staff’s to book our tours and even though they tried to be nice they were totally lost, and we had to repeat the same time all over again and they gave us different information from eaxh other. One day I booked a massage and they booked wrong and I stayed locked in the rain, and they didn’t even apoligized. And the staff in the restaurant is also really lost and the food is too expensive and is not so tasteful. And the wifi in the room is really bad. For the price we payed is not worth it.

Two memorable dinners at Ze Maria
Offering 58 different selections including the freshest of the freshest sashimi plus a likewise rich table of tempting desserts, with all seafood presented daily catched and vegetables coming from their own hydroponic garden the Sunday and Wednesday buffet at Ze Maria is a spectacle for the mouth and for the eyes.. A must for visitors to fernando de noronha but keep in mind that you must book well in advance.

We loved our stay, the staff is also part of the magical noronha experience. They helped us with everything, from a tour suggestion (Rodrigao, best tour on the island) until buggy rent. Thank you for the great week. xxx

"the Bangalos numbers 1 to 3 has little steps to get into - although the view from bangalo 4,5 and 6 are amazing with the ocean and Pico view."
