We always visit this resort at least once when we are on Grenada, either for lunch or on a day pass. The beach is truly stunning, the location idllyic, the food excellent. There is another 'secret' beach just off the main strand, with steps through...More
And I know it won't let you down. Not, at least, if you approach it in the proper spirit. What it is is a secluded, quiet, well-run private little world. Excellent restaurant, and the only sounds you hear at night are the waves on the...More
We loved this place and would definitely recommend including it in your schedule when visiting the south of the island. We come for the day to have lunch, relax and swim. The beach is lovely and not busy. Food was good and service friendly and...More
Did not stay here, but the setting would be perfect for a honeymoon or anniversary. The hotel was the "master's house" on a plantation. The beach is spectacular. The restaurant is separate from the hotel and in the middle of a tropical garden. Gorgeous property.
I feel the same as a similar review on here that the owners are not very friendly, there was a reference to "Jerry" turning his back on them when they requested to leave early and there is certainly some similarities with our experience.

It is very quiet with only 12 rooms. Not sure what you mean with suitable for a single female traveler. The owners are very helpful. It is quite remote 20 min by taxi to the main town also possible by bus during the week. Quite a hoot to go by bus. They have a great "associated" taxi driver that you can call and arrange tours quite easily with. He is an excellent guide and I really recommend him. If your stay is longer a rental car may be not a bad idea to be more flexible, but off the main roads can be quite an adventure.
