Nice little small place on the way to the valley. OK hotel and has a pool. The reason to be here is the killer view. You can enjoy the panorama for about 30 minutes or so easily. We did not find much else to brag about here.

The hotel has lovely views over the valley. It seem it was constructed to give all residents a wonderful vista. When approaching the hotel there always seemed to be lots of people outside admiring the spectacular views. The hotel also allows day guests to use the pool so

The Hotel is very tired and in need of a lot of TLC, but it is still worth staying here. The staff are friendly and the views over the valley are awesome. Overall the hotel is a comfortable stay for a few days whilst touring the area.

We visited for three nights as part of a tour. We were a bit nervous beforehand seeing some previous reviews but our concerns were soon put at rest by the wonderful setting, atmosphere and friendliness of the staff. Most of the rooms are in a separate building from the main

By Cuban standards, this hotel was very good. We got a room on the 2nd floor in the main building, with a small balcony and the most fantastic view over the valley. The room was large and clean, the bathroom old-fashion but clean and with warm water. There is a nice outdoor

The little cottages also have nice valley views, this is looking back towards the main hotel.
Any of the bungalows have great views! They are all pretty much the same.

Hi, We were there in March on an organised tour & our guide had to check us in as the person on reception had just no idea what to do. Just very laid back & not very efficient I think you'll just have to keep sending emails. There's not many hotels in that area & it could have been full when we were there. Just check with your card provider the entry has gone through first?

Hi, The hotel has a main building with terrace and pool and two wings on each side. I suggest that you try to get a room in the West wing i.e. left side of the hotel as they appeared to have a particular nice view. Having said that, views are great from everywhere up there. I had a last minute booking so I stayed in the main building which was ok. Noise from the pool stopped at around 10:00pm. Rooms are pretty basic but functional. AC was a bit noisy but it is not that hot there due to elevation so sleeping with the window open is an option. Included breakfast was good. Not sure about dinner as I went to the little restaurant on the left of the hotel - about 2 minutes walking. Food there was average but the atmosphere was really nice.
