Very charming hotel, located in the heart of the Old Town (historical), excellent service and a very dedicated & friendly staff. Spacious room & bathroom, very clean. Highly recommend it when visiting Gallipoli!

I had to leave my dreadful rental, as the damp and mildew had brought on a very serious asthma attack. This B&B was exactly what could bring me back from struggling to breathe, to good health - clean air, clean spaces, clean bedding, and room to relax. It worked. I was revitalised. Thank you. As a bonus it was chic to the max, and just round the corner from my fave bar!

It’s a building from around 1500, former monastery and a small part of it was turned into a B&B. Alessandra, the host is very welcoming, positive and proactive, always willing to help! Very nice person! We stayed for 5 days and have booked the standard room which was on the groundfloor, but got un upgrade to the suite with terrace. The stairs are a bit narrow, so if u’re not into climbing, choose another room. But the terrace is beautiful and worth all those stairs:) The palazzo is positioned within the walls of the old center of Galipolli. So u only have to step out of the building and get the vibrant energy of this incredible old fortress! U have to park outside the walls, in the port parking. It costs 1.50 euro/hour from 3.00pm -1.00am and remember to have coins!! So u have to walk with your luggage for about 7min till the Palazzo. Waze will guide u perfectly! The breakfast is delicious, with the best croissants ever, cheese and ham, jam and some fruits. And u get to enjoy it on a nice patio. I reccommend this B&B for its position, for the lovely host and the amazing rooftop terrace. It’s a very good price/quality value. As of for some improvements I suggest the linens and towels should be changed to a better quality ones! Also in terms of interior design, considering the beautiful old stone style of the building I suggest different curtains, different color (maybe one color) and a nice velvet couch, to give it more intimacy and a bit of glam. Otherwise everything was lovely!Thank u!

We had an amazing stay at Palazzo Piccioli. The room was very nice, clean and spacious and contained a small fridge. The family owners took really good care of us. Alessandra asked us what we wanted for breakfast and made it after our wishes. The owners are a sweet family - we have never experienced so much kindness and hospitality in one place. Thank you so much for letting us stay!
