Haridwar Regenta Orko's is not like the usual Regenta Hotels. Breakfast buffet was normal and not the usual Regenta Breakfast. The dinner was also just fine and not great. Rooms were normal however housekeeping staff in the night was not good providing the services requested for. The staff during the day was very helpful. Front desk did provide helpful information related to travel around Haridwar and Rishikesh.

The most strategically located property in the region. 200 mts is the Rajajji National Park gate, 15 minutes drive from Haridwar, and 30 minutes to Rishikesh. Most suitable for people looking at exploring the entire region. Rooms are of decent size, equipped with all needs, and offers a mesmerizing view of the near by mountains. Chef is really good and prepares mouth watering food. Hotels spa is also very well maintained and hygienic. I would like to thank and congratulate the GM, Mr Rao Khushnood and his entire team for making our stay memorable. Yellow dal is a must try dish. Excellently prepared.

We booked two doubles at the eleventh hour for a short two night stay during the independence day weekend. We were pleasantly surprised with the overall experience for the price we paid. The rooms were specious, clean and had views of the mountain range nearby. The service was excellent and warm. Breakfast had a good spread and even the a la carte food we tried for dinner was also very good. We sincerely appreciate the GM, Mr. Rao and the team for doing a fantastic job of managing that hotel and we thank each and everyone of the team for making our stay so special.
Only two suggestions for future consideration:
1. Size of the shower room could be a little bigger. 2.The Front lawn can be better maintained.

If you love to stay away from the crowded place then this is the place. School on one one side of the hotel and the other side there is no such big structure. Very near to Rajaji National Park, Chilla Zone.
Location : its little bit away from main Haridwar city. Approx 12 K.M. When you are coming from Delhi side, you have to take right turn from the cut showing Bijnor towards chandi ghat bridge or chandi ghat udan khatola. Once you take right turn its approx 9 KM. No right left. Property will be on your right hand side. Keep in mind that if you dont have your personal cab or car with you then it will be a little problematic as proper local transport will be available upto Chandi Devi udan khatola.
Rooms : spacious, neat and clean with most of the amenities. Washroom is also neat n clean.
Food : taste good but little expensive and quantity is little less. They should either increase the quantity or decrease the price a bit. This is my personal opinion and suggestion.
Opinion : you can opt this hotel if you dont live crowded place.

This is not the best hotel. the gym was not well maintained it was dirty and non functional. Two people in the room cannot use Wi-Fi at the same time and staff did not understand this at all. You can only use Wi-Fi in your room only.
The kitchen staff went out of their way to correct any mistakes they made and/ or to make you a special dish.
The room not big enough for 2 people.

I was on a family trip here, Rooms were neat and cleaned daily by an efficient Housekeeping staff. The food there was also very delicious, didn’t make us feel that we were away from home. It was totally worth it. One of the best hotels to stay in Haridwar. Very good food, hygiene, service, infrastructure and polite and humble staff who are always available to help you out in case you need any help. Breakfast, lunch and dinner all food items are delicious, stomach can get full but not the desire to consume such delicious food items. Mr Suraj is very helpful and polite, just to mention among other staff.

During my recent 4-night, 3-day hotel stay, the overall experience was a mix of highs and lows. The food quality was deemed average, lacking the exceptional flavors one might expect. The hotel and staff are brilliant. We (3 couples) stayed for two nights. These are things we found:- the safe in all three rooms didn't work, it took staff three hours to fix, all the rooms floord where very dusty. No hit water is available during the day only in the evening and early morning, you had tell them at the reception if wanted hot water 15 minutes befire you need it. The weather at this time of the year is very cold, so no heating is available till late evening, only a small fan heater. The toilet is set at an angle (felt like you would fall backwards) and high and very uncomfortable. Last but not least we went down for our evening meal (included) and where told we had have a reception party that was being held, totally unacceptable. The management finally got us another room to dine in, but that so uneasy as well. Unfortunately we would definitely not recommend this hotel .
