Just spent eight amazing nights at this wonderful place, four nights at the nest and four nights at the Hill, wonderful horses and riding, they are happy to cater for all levels of experience, very knowledgeable guides and fantastic wildlife. The accommodation is superb, the staff are incredibly helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The food is fab. I...

Ant's Hill and Ant's Nest are approximately 3 and a half hours drive north from Johannesburg, or a 50 minute flight in a private charter aircraft. We chose the latter and had magnificent views of the countryside and mountain ranges below. We were met at the landing strip and transferred to our destination (20 minutes travel) which was Ant's Hill....

Words can not express how beautiful the place is. My boyfriend and I spent a week at Ant's Nest and I really disconnected from the world, it was like heaven on earth. It's like being Queens and Kings because every guest is served and revered, but at the same time you feel at ease and comfortable as if you were...

Our holiday here was truly amazing - so luxurious - the food was superb - the staff and general atmosphere totally relaxing and Ant as a host and person was inspirational. The horses were great and I understand that Ant's can cater for all levels of riding. Would love to come back with our 11 grandchildren.

We spent 7 days split between Ant's Nest and Ant's Hill and would go back in a shot! The accommodation is out of this world, the food was superb and very plentiful as were the drinks. The hospitality was amazing, so welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. I loved the ever changing venue for lunch and dinner at Ant's...

We stayed in Ant's Hill, a series of lodges with a central bar/dining area. The focus of the property, and the guest experience, is riding amongst the game. We were up close and personal to zebra, giraffe, wildebeest, rhino and large antelope like kudu, eland, and sable. Despite 3 of us not being riders, we were cantering by our 3rd...

I stayed here for 3 nights after spending 4 nights at Horizon. The 2 properties are both wonderful in their own ways and I would stay at both again. Ant's is a very special place! My first impression was driving through the reserve to get to the lodge and we happened to come across the rhinos! When we arrived at...

We spent four nights at this magnificent safari lodge. The hospitality was unique and personal, the meals were absolutely delicious and game viewing was like nothing ever experienced before - on horseback. Our 16yr old daughters were confident with their horses and loved every moment. We were very fortunate to participate in the capture of an Eland bull, just another...
