On the Bentota peninsula, the Centara Ceysands Resort & Spa Sri Lanka enjoys a superb location with the Bentota River on one side and the Indian Ocean on the other, and is accessed by a short boat ride across the lagoon. The rooms and suites (38-139 sqm. of total living space) feature a balcony or terrace looking out across the peaceful river or over the blue ocean. Truly a family destination in concept, the resort also offers a choice of family-friend accommodation options including Family Residences with bunk beds in a separate children’s area. Our family holiday stay at Centara Ceysands in Sri Lanka was simply wonderful. The hotel was luxurious, clean, the beds very comfortable. The pools were large and the beach on your doorstep. Srimal and his team made every effort to make our stay and dining experience at the restaurant the best possible. We are grateful for the wonderful time we had, celebrating the Sri Lanka New Year there too. Great festivities, food and fun! Ruwan and his team at the water sports centre also went out of their way to keep our boys entertained! We also felt very safe under their guidance and supervision. We had a fabulous time. Elegant hotel resort is situated in peaceful place tropical garden nearby delightful Bentota Beach in Sri Lanka. On one side of the hotel is warm sea and on the other side is river named Bentota. In the hotel is swimming pool with excellent water bar where they prepare for you delicious drinks and meals. Furthermore, in hotel area is a gym and place where they make excellent massages. There is also magnific restaurant where you can choose from many types of meals typical for Sri Lanka and from European cuisine. In addition, the hotel is well situated near the beach. While there is a slow descent into the sea, the same cannot be say about waves which were sometimes very big, which may not be suitable for children. In the hotel are friendly staff who prepare for you for example elephant from towels and many other wonderful things for a tip. I really like the opportunity to have a wedding at the hotel which I didn't use because I'm already married. :-) For these reasons, I would recommend going to this hotel young couples without children who maybe think about wedding.…

Frst time visiting Sri Lanka with my girlfriend and couldn't ask for anything better from a resort. The hotel is set in an idyllic setting with one side facing the river, complete with water sports and boat trips, the other side facing the beach & sea. We have an amazing room with stunning views of the sea.....room 3312 👍😁 The staff are 1st class and very attentive. They are all so friendly, nothing is a bother to them. Our room stewart Kumarage makes sure we have everything we need and always produces a lovely towel sculpture for us. The food is an amazing selection of local cuisine and western style food to suit everyone's tastes. The waiters and chef's are all so helpful.

Chose this resort as the meeting point of office anniversary party. The resort perfectly matched our needs for a luxury getaway that children and adults could relax at while finding fun activities to do during day and night. Rooms were well maintained and all contained excellent views of the beach. specially thanks for Asst. F&B Manager Cum Event Manager "Chaminda Fernando" who well organized all our needs.

The Hotel and the location is beautiful and peaceful. Hospitality can be improved a bit because we feel that most of the staff is not friendly comparing to the other hotel where we stood on the previous day. F&B Trainee (Achini) was very friendly and helpful. anyhow Thank you for the lovely cake which was gifted for our honeymoon stay. Cake was super delicious. Food and the spread was really good and we enjoyed every single meal. It was very tasty. Thank you for the service.

Overall experience was brilliant.. but I prefer more variety spread on buffet with action cooking.. there were honestly very less options in the buffet during our stay.. apart from that it was delightful experience for me.. Cheers!
