There’s a ski rental shop next to the hotel whereby you can rent ski gears and also get your lessons. You don’t have to go YongPyeong but if you wish too there’s a shuttle bus that the hotel provide. In regards to bus from Seoul, you have to go online to check for availability and timings. There’s only certain buses that goes direct from Seoul to Pyeongchang and it’s @3hrs journey.
