After visiting the Grand Tetons we headed up to Yellowstone. I tried to get a reservation at the Old Faithful Lodge, sadly it was booked. I finally made a reservation at the Canyon Lodge. After a day of touring we arrived at the lodge to...More

We stayed here for one night. There were no instructions as to where to go to check-in. The map I found online was created before the Canyon Lodge area was redesigned so the prior location apparently near the Post Office is not the current check-in...More

The Canyon Lodge is in a National Park so you should not expect a 5 star hotel. The facility is close to the grand canyon of Yellowstone and you can certainly walk to the falls. The rooms are clean and spacious. Be advised the rooms...More

We had a premium lodge room at Canyon (we also stayed in a suite at Old Faithful Inn). The fridge was a bit larger than form size, about 24 inch tall. Adequate to store a fair amount. There were also ice machines available.
