Hotel Manager Paul went beyond the call of duty, obtaining 2 cups of rice from a busy chef (who tried to give him cooked rice) for my phone that got caught by a stray wave on a walkway. The Apple store nearby couldn't help, and no grocery store was in site, so he saved my business trip from becoming a disaster. What might have happened...There would have been a series of missed connections, with distributors, government VIPs, friends, Uber drivers (no apps), and even airport security holding my almost-lost suitcase. But all was OK, because Paul helped out. Thank you Paul!
We had a blast at this fun resort. The pools were great and the staff was wonderful. Our room keeper, Nerita, was outstanding and she always made sure we had plenty of clean towels and that our room was well kept. We’ll definitely come back!
The experience at Sheraton was great. Very convenient to get to food places. The infinity pool was right outside when you get off the elevator. Walk about 100 ft and you’re on the beach. Great service from all staff members especially housekeeper Laila who was prompt and detailed with her service. Thank you very much for making this a wonderful experience.
Currently staying at the Sheraton Waikiki. It’s been so amazing. The staff here is exceptional and leadership from managers is very good as well. Room is very nice and little tooth brushes and soap have been very handy. The infinity pool and slide pool are so much fun. My wife and I rented a cabana for the day by the infinity pool and spent the whole day lounging and sipping drinks. I really recommend a cabana rental. I can’t say enough about this hotel. We feel so special being here and are planning to come back.
We arrived late to the hotel and when we got into our room the restroom was full of hair on the toilet, and the sheets were ripped. Instead of offering to change our room they just said they could send housekeeping to clean it at 11 PM. We have a baby that was cranky and tired so all i wamted was to put her to bed and couldnt wait for the clreaning staff. The next day we paid to upgrade our room as this was the only way they would change our dirty room. The upgraded room had carpets full of stains and mold in the restroom. I will not be staying here again. We also requested a crib sent to our toom 3x and never recieved it. Very dirty and poor customer service.
